Her being able to propel herself around with her Ember Cilica allows her to move around the battlefield easily, so i think Yang could land a single hit if she moves around Jotaro while applying pressure but if Star Platinum pins her down
she would be in a big disadvantage as Jotaro can pull the go to sleep technique onto Yang.
