Rimuru was Massive FTL+, Immeasurable with Time Warp. The Time Warp justification for immeasurable speed was rejected as Time Warp was relegated as mere time travel. Hence the downgrade.

This thread changed the Lake Trio from low 6-B to 2-C and Darkrai and Cresselia from high 6-A to 2-C
Not sure if we’re counting this sort of thing, but this thread changed Hoopa from high 7-A to low 6-B with low 2-C summoning

Correction: 3-A, to High 6-A, to 7-A, then DMCV got bumped up to Low 6-B, then all god tiers got bumped back up to 3-A, then up to Low 2-C, and now 2-C lol

Transformers God tiers also went from 3-B to Low 1-B (back when this tier was a thing) and then to 1-B...

Actually Unicron went from 3-B to 2-A and then to Low 1-B, I'll try find the Low 1-B thread but I can't find the 3-B to 2-A thread, as that was like from 2016. I think Unicron's page got deleted at some point and then remade by one of the sysops in 2018

Ryougi Shiki’s powers were upgraded from unknown to 1-A. I think her unknown was considered to be above Nasuverse 2-As, but I could be wrong.

The Demonbane downgrade that’s already listed for tier also downgraded speed. It was even bigger than the AP change, since the mechs went from irrelevant to ftl+
