Well the more obvious ones are Ryu, Akuma and Scorpion, tho Ryu already had 2, Akuma most likely has other options (Shao Kahn) and Scorpion is a what if
Other opponents people on the internet suggested are Raven Branwen (RWBY), Iori Yagami (King of Fighters), The Titanium Ranger (Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue), Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho), Vergil (Devil May Cry)
I guess besides 2 of them that obviously beat him, Kazuya destroys his other competitors

Bryan the only option I know is T-800 maybe. But the opponent for Bryan can be someone who is evil cyborg or a guy who always wants to fight for no reason and haunted by an government~organization.
Yoshimitsu have Genji as one of option. And maybe Sub-zero ~ Scorpion. The oponent for Yoshimitsu basically must be ninja or "Robin Hoodĺ or maybe a guy who made some "Robin Hood" organization like Yoshimitsu (Manji clan).

Superman is technically not banned from Death Battle. Just they do not want to reuse him right after they discovered how OP he really was. And even then they pitted him against Saitama in DBX. And Saitama won in vote counts because some fans just love Saitama and hate Superman.
Thor vs Vegeta is planned to happen because they have been a DBX, a Community Death Battle and that DBX fight needs massive rework.
Speaking of niche matchups, I wonder if KOS-MOS vs Aleph and Noel Vermillion vs Sally Acorn are niche enough.
Or Cyborg vs Alita/Gali or Chise.
Or Zero-Two^2.
Or Yami (Okami) vs Void Termina.
I am sure Samus Aran vs Mega Man X is not a niche matchup - this should be way more requested than Samus Aran vs poor Master Chief.
I really want to watch the coming DBC live on 2 am Thursday SGT/BJT/HKT but I should be sleeping by then unless I suffer insomnia again.

Maybe it is our job to clarify what the "omnipresence" in Hellsing actually means. I have a feeling the "omnipresence" in Hellsing is not true omnipresence as we can see in other verses. Rather, just "very good teleport with a quick thought" plus "very good enhanced senses".
Also, recognising how regeneration works for Alucard then it is just combined factors of raw power and time that the "three million souls" of Alucard runs out.
Anyway yes Dio Brando vs Alucard (Hellsing) will be at least interesting in debate and fun to watch for a simulated fight. And a good cash-in matchup.
Now, does anyone feel that Rooster Teeth tend not to use a franchise from a lore whose franchise owner (or even owner) is (1) ill-defined or just (2) unknown or (3) comes from a "shared creation" or (4) public domain or (5) the copyright owners and successors are all dead? This may potentially skip them from the franchises of "real" mythologies, "too ancient classic literature" (like the original Journey to the West or Chronicles of Narnia), and franchises like SCP Foundation and Cthulhu Mythos?

If Vegeta vs Thor is to happen this season, what are the odds that DB will use Cosmic King Thor? It's his most recent form and apperance in the comics and they could pit it against Super Saiyan Blue Evolution which'd be pretty fun.

I feel bad for only knowing of him because I owned the crappy N64 version of the Lightspeed Rescue game. I say crappy, but that is only with hindsight. I remember playing it repeatedly trying to beat the game as a kid.

I grew up with Lightspeed Rescue. I had the Curse of the Cobra arc on VHS, watched that thing till it stopped working. Any chance to see him in a Death Battle would be amazing, especially against such a high profile character like Kazuya.
But what are their connections?

I say as strong as the original PR crew due to the morphing grid. But honestly? No clue. Certainly can't rely on the VS wiki, they don't have a profile for any of the Lightspeed Rescue crew.

I guess it really depends on how you do scaling. I have trouble with Planet Level Power Rangers personally, but that's whatever.
In terms of the Titanium Ranger himself, he's exceptionally strong. His morpher is so powerful, that other rangers literally can't use it without risk of dying. It completely rejected the Lightspeed Red Ranger because he wasn't strong enough.
For actual scaling, there is a feat where the Power Ranger cast directly power a Megazord with their own lifeforce energy. It comes out to 106.118 tenatons (or small star level). It may be shaky scaling, but if you just divide that number by 5, you could get an individual ranger's potential.
