Red hood uses venom toxins. Venom and toxin at the same time? easily takes care of venom.
Venom gives a hard time to spiderman and as you can see here Spiderman miles Morales casually one-shot a rock. "Rock", Rock Lee perhaps?
So right off the bat Sabrewolf > Red Hood > Venom > Miles Morales > Rock Lee
