I know Natsu Vs Ace was an one sided stomp essentially served on a silver platter even Sanji would be proud of.
But I'm glad Natsu Vs Iceman was a DBX, seeing another popular anime character die to another Marvel/DC herald in an actual DB (given the time it was released) would've been volatile.
Kinda strange we don't have more DBs were the characters powers are dualities e.g fire Vs ice, space Vs time, light vs darkness, etc

In another franchise and timeline Ace would've been the main protag but this is shonen after all (at least as I said before OP treats its side/support cast way better than most in it's genre).

The funny thing is even though it was stomp, Natsu vs. Ace was one of my favorite fights of that season. It would've been a good fight if Ace was the protagonist of OP.

If for "more obscure" verses (I mean verses actually popular in Asia but not so much in the USA), Kirito may fight Shiroe or even Maple.
For Kirito, Shiroe and Maple are "normal" humans with a really powerful online game avatar.
Oh I hear people are arguing whether trick / moveset names should be taken literally in the Fist Of The North Star verse. (Like if a "lightning wolf matrix" makes a character travel at a speed of lightning, and if a "one hundred quintillion punches fist" is a move throwing actually one hundred quintillion punches at the time frame of throwing one peak human punch.)

Whelp according DBs own scaling in previous episodes: Supes likely scales to up 2-A at his peak plus the MFTL+ possibly immeasurable speed thanks to speed-force and GL scaling meanwhile MUi Goku would scale to 2-C possibly 2-B (via multipliers) and be MFTL+ scaling to Beerus.
Essentially Superman AP stomps and speed blitzes, you know what they said about folks that keep repeating the same act expecting a different outcome?

I’ve gotten to liking the idea of Reimu Hakurei vs Yusuke Urameshi, even though it is an obvious stomp for Reimu lol. It has good potential, strong connections and has the potential for a very good ost. (Though any fight with Touhou has the potential for a very good ost) Plus it’s miles better than Reimu vs Madoka.
