Hello!
The evidence presented for regeneration in the character's profile actually proves a higher level. Do I need to open a CRT to increase regeneration? Or can I change it without CRT?
For example, the character is listed as High because it is regenerated from the psychic wave. Do I need to make a CRT to upgrade it to low-godly?

Your Blood Codes are like your class, and they determine everything from how your stats are distributed, to your maximum equip load, to your special abilities. However, Blood Codes are distinct from classes in most RPGs in the sense that you can change your Blood Code at any time. Doing so will redistribute your stats, change your equip load, and give you access to new abilities. And, with the exception of certain unique abilities, you can 'carry over' a special ability from one Blood Code to another to increase your arsenal.
You will likely settle into a particular Blood Code once you're far enough in your playthrough and clear on what kind of build you want to do, but being able to switch builds at any time is one of the biggest strengths the game provides you with. Try things out and see what works.
Also, if you find bosses called 'Successor of the ___', explore the previous area as much as possible. You'll find items called 'vestiges', and you should collect all the vestiges in the previous area before you fight the boss. This is an obtuse tip in isolation, but it will make sense with time.
