Teeny Tiny AP thing:
Dexter claims that he crushed someones skull with a weapon so I think Dexter should get: "higher with weaponry (Crushed Viktors skull with a fire extinguisher)" and obviously with weapons he would scale to skull crushing
Abilities:
Dexter apparently uses Etorphine which is insanely powerful and basically instant death to any normal person which is why they should definitely all get resistance to poison
Dexter injects himself with animal tranquilizer and gets injected by Brian and later wakes up fine
Gets Arthur with it also (Somehow can't find a video)
Doakes was drugged by something that knocked him out for quite awhile but when he woke up he was fine (Can't find the video)
Everyone in the verse should get poison resistance considering even random criminals can shrug off this stuff, even characters like Deb were able to live through it
Equipment/Weapon Mastery:
For Dexter possibly Marksmanship or at least a description under Weapon Mastery that says hes good at using guns (In this scene he shot a gun with pretty remarkable accuracy even though he: doesn't like guns and is moving close to 100 mph)
In his optional equipment I think adding in a pistol/revolver could be nice
Lifting Strength:
Easily snapped a neck even while his hand was broken
Snaps this other guys neck super easily
Confident he could break Andy's neck and threatened to do the same to Louis
Probably Class 1 lifting strength
This scales directly to Brian. Doakes should probably downscale from it so he should be somewhere around Peak Human lifting strength
