Technically, he could be Archer, Caster or Saber. Potentially even Avenger seeing as he started his quest to get revenge on the Ra'zac IIRC

Riding (B) - Raynor has a Vulture bike he is known to skillfully maneuver from even before he was ever a soldier.

Adjutant Insert (C) - The A.I program known as the Adjutant allows Raynor to see incoming enemies on his HUD's radar.

Personal Skills:

Stim Packs (C) - A standard for Terran soldiers, these performance enhancing drugs stimulates the brain into gaining enhanced reflexes. Grants resistance to mental interference of its own rank and below, a (+1) rank up in AGI and an additional (+) when it comes to reaction speed at the cost of temporary rage inducement.

Charisma (B) - Leading a small rag-tag bunch of misfits in an old model flagship doesn't stop him from gaining the hearts of the people, and even managed to befriend key figures of the alien race known as the Protoss.

Military Tactics (B) - Raynor has time and time again proven his ability to lead by getting out of situations where he and his crew are in over their heads. His tactical acumen is also instrumental in doing what no one else has done, assaulting the planet Char and holding the line for an alien artifact to defeat the Queen of Blades.

Noble Phantasm:

CMC Power Suit (C) - Raynor's bread and butter, a standard issue marine armor that grants him above-human physical capabilities. It is armed with a standard issue automatic gauss rifle with hypersonic rounds, that can be replaced with an HEV rail gun rifle with its Penetrator Rounds that do B-ranked attack, though reloading takes a bit. That said, if the armor is destroyed, Raynor's stats plummet to E-rank across the board.

Raynor's Raider (B) - His trusty Vulture gets summoned into battle that grants him A-ranked travel speed, concussive grenade attacks and the ability to drop spider mines that deal damage equal to a B-ranked attack. However, it can only carry 3 mines at a time and will require some time for the bike to create new ones.

Wings of Liberty (A+) - Raynor calls upon his greatest asset, the Hyperion, a Behemoth-class Battlecruiser. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to summon and maintain, but stays nigh-indefinitely, only disappearing if unsustained, Raynor is dead or it is destroyed. When in play, it flies off to space where it can be called upon to either deliver a Vulture bike (if Raynor's Raider is destroyed) or armaments (or another CMC armor), or provide cover fire (energy consumption should be taken into consideration when doing so) in the form of a single volley of its laser batteries. Finally, it has a powerful attack called the Yamato Cannon that immediately drains it of its energy (and therefore leaving it unable to exist) but deals sufficient damage to require redrawing the map.

Manmade Genius: A+ (A Skill representing the superior intellect and high brain power developed through education and the application of science instead of inborn talent. Allows the user to quickly learn new skills and gives a bonus to any situation where intellect is required, such as figuring out mysteries, analyzing the powers of an enemy and coming up with tactics in the middle of a battle.)

Magic: E (Accelerator has a very basic understanding of magic and how to refine his lifeforce into mana, but lacks the actual knowledge to cast any spells)

The suits vary wildly in strength, from a simple Power Lifter that only provides a small boost to his stats to a Processor Suit that allows him to contend with much stronger Servants. All the suits include the support of Aneri, an advanced AI, that also grants Shiage the effects of Eye of the Mind (True) and a combination of various Martial Arts Skills.

Railgun - Super Electromagnetic Cannon (C - B): Mikoto's signature move, in which she uses her electromagnetism power to accelerate a metal object at several times the speed of sound, turning it into a powerful projectile. She normally uses arcade coins, which are not that powerful and result in shorter ranges but are easy to carry. However, she can use larger objects, which result in superior strength and range.

Anti-Art Attachment - Anti-Magic-Type Powered Suit (B++): Mikoto summons a suit of powered armor that consists in several pieces of armor, boosters and countless weapons that attach to her body. This suit provides a rank-up in END and AGI, while also providing Mikoto with vastly superior firepower. However, Mikoto doesn't know how to use the suit to its full potential.

Grimoire Repository: A++ (Index's mind contains a list of 103.001 magical grimoires, giving her knowledge of all kinds of magic, from Norse rune magic to Kabbalah and Eastern magic systems. When faced with a Heroic Spirit of mythologycal or occult roots, Index can make a LCK check to automatically discover their identity. This check receives a strong bonus if the Heroic Spirit is carrying or using a Noble Phantasm at the time)

Spell Intercept: B+ (Index can use Notarikon to hijack the spell formula or chant of another magic user, causing them to lose control of their spell. She can also use this to hijack magical weapons and constructs that are being controlled remotely like golems, though she will need time to analyze the item before using this Skill if it's very powerful. For example, it would take her significant time to analyze and interfere with a high-rank Noble Phantasm weapon)

Walking Church (A): A powerful defensive magical item, a Walking Church acts as a magical barrier by reproducing the minimum components of a church in the form of clothes. Index's Walking Church is an accurate copy of the Shroud of Turin, ruther raising its defensive properties. It is capable of protecing Index from all types of attacks, and also grants her the effects of Magic Resistance (A).

John's Pen - Automatic Secretary (C++): A Noble Phantasm that activates automatically in case Index is attacked or put into danger, While active, John's Pen gives Index full reign of her magical powers, allowing her to use any magic she holds within her grimoires. This Noble Phantasm also reduces the effects of pain and mental interference.

Noble Phantasm

Nanasen - Seven Flashes (C+): Seven magical wires carried by Kaori, the wires are stored in the sheat of her sword and controlled by the movement of her fingers. Not only can they be used to restrain or slice the enemy with their overwhelming sharpness, they can also be used to set up magic circles and as a conduit to launch spells.

Shichiten Shichitou - Seven Heaven Seven Swords (B): Kaori's 2m long magic sword. Its sharpness and magical value are top class, but it lacks any special abilities on its own.

Yuisen - Single Flash (A++): Kaori's strongest spell. A crystallization of numerous spells that infuses Shichiten Shichitou with a powerful amount of magical energy. Though no visible change occurs, the blade becomes powerful enough to slice a monotheistic angel in two. Due to being based on how gods are vulnerable existence in Shintoism, it byppases defenses based on Divinity or Authority, though it still needs to physically cut the target. While it's active the blade also becomes able to block spatial/dimensional slicing attacks.
 
Let's do some other less well-known Kamachi stuff, though some of those are going to be impossible given the class limits and the lack of powers/skills of several protagonists.

Lancer - Waltraute (Also qualifies for the Rider Class)

Magic Resistance: A (As a goddess, Waltraute is very hard to affect with magic or curses that would be deadly to mortal beings like humans or giants)

Riding: A++ (All Valkyries are able to ride divine white horses smart enough to communicate by writing runes with their hooves and strong enough to easily throw off the average god off their back)

Personal Skills

Divinity: A++ (Waltraute is a goddess and one of the seven Valkyrie sisters, the divine messengers of Asgard)

Primordial Rune: E (Waltraute has knowledge of the original runes used by the gods of Asgard, but she doesn't appear to use them for magic purposes)

Mana Burst (Lightning): A

Valkyrie: B (A Skill that combines the Hero's Bridesmaid Skill with the ability to summon an army of Einherjar)

Noble Phantasm

Spear of Destroying Lightning (A): The weapon used by the Valkyrie sisters, who crate bluish white lightning spears that they can wield in battle or throw as a projectile. The spears destroy both body and soul of the target, and even the slightest graze will destroy the average evil spirit.

Aurora Armor (C): The magic armor worn by the Valkyrie sisters, made of a concentrated, solidified version of the aurora that colors the night sky. The armor cannot be destroyed by normal blades and can freely switch its properties to match the situation. If necessary, it can create a repulsion field around Waltraute with electric energy.

Multi-Tool Knife (EX): A small golden knife. Originally belonging to her husband Jack Elvan, the knife was forged by the dwarves. It possesses nine different tools. The first 8 are used to completely remove the armor of a Valkyrie, while the ninth tool is used to chain her up and make her unable to battle. Despite its unassuming appearance, the knife is a magic tool on the same level as Gungnir and Mjölnir, and just like those two weapons symbolize the power of Odin and Thor, the knife is a symbol of the weakness of a Valkyrie. However, Waltraute refuses to use the knife unless there's literally no other choice.

Saver - Jack Elva

Class Skills

Charisma: A (Having befriended and/or charmed several gods/goddesses and other major figures in his world, it's should be obvious that Jack's charisma is very high)

Counter Hero: A++ (Any hero trying to face Jack in battle will have their stats reduced by three ranks. The effects of the Skill are boosted by his Romcom Aura Skill; after all, the hero of a romantic comedy will always prevail in the end)

Personal Skills

Rosy-cheeked Adonis: A (Jack's charm as a young boy is particularly devastating on older females)

Pioneer of the Stars: EX (Jack's actions completely shifted not only the fate of his world, but also its genre, granting him this Skill)

Romcom Aura: EX (Jack's presence and actions irrevocably turn all events surrounding him into a romantic comedy, with everyone else in the world forced to follow the same rules and tropes of the genre. This effects will persist for as long as Jack continues to walk the same innocent path)

Noble Phantasm

Multi-Tool Knife (EX): A small golden knife forged by the dwarves. It possesses nine different tools. The first 8 are used to completely remove the armor of a Valkyrie, while the ninth tool is used to chain her up and make her unable to battle. Baldr's Blessing (EX): The divine light of Baldr covers Jack's body, protecting him from harm by granting him Baldr's invulnerability; which makes it so that no object, phenomena or life form besides mistletoe can harm Jack.

P.D: Jack is made as a Joke servant, as should be obvious by the Skills and NPs.

Guardian Knight: A (Acqua has spent several years as a wandering mercenary helping others for no personal gain whatsoever, and even his magic name reflects his philosophy of saving people)

Divinity: B++ (Acqua's body is close to the Son of God's. Acqua's Divinity is increased due to the links with the Virgin Mary and the Archangel Gabriel of his Divine Mother's Mercy Skill)

Rune Magic: B+ (Acqua is an expert at rune magic, particularly the use of water and ice based magic)

Eye of the Mind (True): B (Acqua has developed a sixth sense for danger due to all his years of experience as a fighter and mercenary, which is boosted by his superhuman senses as a Saint and his ability to sense and track the moisture in the air)

Noble Phantasm

Ascalon - Great Dragon Slaying Sword (B+): A giant magic sword created by an artist trying to work out exactly what kind of sword would St. George need to slay a dragon. The sword possesses various traits meant to cut through the different body parts of a dragon, and it also contains two backup hidden weapons. The sword causes extra damage to enemies with the Dragon attribute.

Divine Mother's Mercy: C++ (Acqua has removed his body's physical limiters, allowing his to wield his full power constantly without any side effects. It also grants him immnutiy against sin/punishment based techniques, and images of the moon empower Acqua)

Saber - Child Jinnai Shinobu (Olver versions would qualify for the Saber and Caster Classes)

STR: E AGI: E END: E

MANA: E LCK: A- N.P: EX

Class Skills

Magic Resistance: - (As a modern average human Shinobu lacks any kind of magic resistance)

Riding: - (Shinobu has no riding skills whatsoever)

Charisma (Supernatural): A++ (Shinobu has the strange trait of attracting and easily getting along with all types of supernatural beings, from demihumans, Youkai and demons to gods and divine monsters. This trait is especially strong when he's in his child form. Even when facing a supernatural creature from another world like the White Queen that rarely cares about any living being he has a way to tug at their heartstrings and innocently get along with them)

Fear Suppresion: C (Shinobu's strange trait includes a suppresion of the fear the supernatural and the occult normally cause on people. He is resistant to fear and other types of mental interference based around it. Any ally on his side is granted the same resistance)

Rosy-cheeked Adonis: C

Noble Phantasm

Hyakki Yakou - We're All Friends (E-EX): The crystallization of Shinobu's ideal and pure-hearted belief that he can get along with any Youkai or supernatural creature. Shinobu cannot use this Noble Phantasm consciously. However, if he were to suffer any harm or sadness the many supernatural beings that he has befriended in his various alternate lives have a chance to be automatically summoned to his side for a short amount of time to help him. The summoned being depends on the gravity of the situation, and can go from harmless Youkai like Tsukomogami or Kesaran Pasaran to much stronger beings like the archdemon Tselika or the Unexplored-class Material the White Queen. The stronger the summon, the less time it will last, with the White Queen only having enough energy for a single attack.

White Professional-Grade Razor - Gift from the Queen (EX): A large industrial razort that ignores any logic to simultaneously slice through all four of the fundamental forces that make up the world. Though it was just a casual gift handed over to Shinobu due to the kind and innocent words of encouragement he gave to the White Queen, this "ultimate weapon" is on the same level as the holy sword that unified Britain.
