Every Character as Heroic Spirit Classes

Medaka Kurokami: Saver (can also be summoned as Berserker)

STR:A+ END:A+ AGI:A+ LCK:EX MANA:B

Personal Skills:

Abnormal (EX): Beings that exist completely outside of the human norm- their servant stats, intelligence, skill in most fields (especially combat), and charisma each transcend what can normally be achieved by a human or a mortal servant. However, because they come from an age where magic is disbelieved above all else, MANA is measured against a much lower standard. (Combines high stats with Charisma, Eyes of Mind (False), and Natural Born Genius). The EX rank exists for those who are considered Abnormal even amongst other Abnormals. For Medaka it denotes her physical abilities amongst the best of Abnormals, and her unrivaled luck and charisma.

Main Character: An ability Medaka is unaware of, fate itself twists in a way that will allow her success, though the success will often come at a dramatically timed moment that will create the most tension. She and her opponents will always be in the right place at the right time, her opponent won't use moves that could let him win, she'll learn a new trick and become stronger when she most desperately needs it, her opponents will give her just as much time as she needs to prepare, opponents will choose not to attack when she's vulnerable, etc.

Collection of Skills: A large assortment of various abilities, traits, skills, and Noble Phantasms she has learnt by copying others. It will not work on the abilities based on the use of a specific weapon or item. She can use them at will, however she rarely uses those that originate from people with a bad personality.

Noble Phantasm:

The End: This ability allows her to add skills and Noble Phantasms she witnesses to her Collection of Skills. It only works on those achieved through the abilities or traits of a wielded, and not those of a weapon or item.

100 skill stomp: Medaka uses a large number of skills and Noble Phantasms from her collection, however she doesn't pay close attention to what she's using and instead simply uses the first 100 in her collection that have a certain kanji of her choice in them. This includes many of those that would have negative effects on her and those that are useless in her current situation.

Proof of One's Worth: Several tricks and abilities Medaka uses in order to prove to others their own worth. These range from things simply aimed to raise self esteem to those that completely and violently suppress the opponent's negative actions, saving them from themselves.
 
They're just special skills or abilities. Here they would represent some ability of the character.

Difference between a skill and a Noble Phantasm is that the Noble Phantasm is what they're most known for, or their most powerful ability.

Garen's skills for example could probably be his passive and his three abilities, while his NP would be his ult.
 
Also, skills tend to more often be an ability of the user, if something comes from an item or weapon it's more likely to be an NP, though that isn't always the case.

Class skills:

Presence Concealment: A+ (Presence Concealment is the capacity to hide one's presence as a Servant.)

Despite not being an Assassin Class, Caster's Presence Concealment rivals even to that of Grand Assassin. Caster was known to appear at inappropriate times and was hard to track or even sense. It was also only seen by young girls and even then those with potential for magic.

Personal skills:

Disengage: A (The ability to break away from combat.)

Caster was never seen participating in a fight and when the going got too tough for it, it ran away or teleported.)

Presence Detection: A (The ability to detect other Servants and local mana sources.)

Caster used a similar ability in life to track down those with the potential to become magical girls and create a contract with them. It is unknown exactly what the limits are of what it can detect. When using it to track down girls with potential, their names come to Caster's mind.

Noble Phantasms:

Hive Mind "I do not Understand": A

Caster was known to have multiple bodies of unknown numbers. When it's body is destroyed, Caster can swap to another body instantly which appears out of nowhere in the same place or else where. Caster can also use multiples bodies at once for the sake of gathering information.

Contract "Make a Contract with me and become a Magical Girl": EX

Caster can make a contract with any girl under a certain age so long as if they have magic and the potential. Caster can't fight so it making contracts and granting them one wish is all that it can do to make up for that. However, if a girl falls into despair... They shall become a witch, a being of despair. He can grant only one wish per girl and it can be anything their heart desires. So long as their potential is equal to their wish, it can grant it.
 
(Is Quebey actually limited to girls under a certain age? I thought that was just where the emotions were most volatile, and thus the most power could be obtained?)
 
Well yeah, I know that's his preferred prey, but I don't think it was implied he could only do it with them

Personal Skill

Omnipotent King EX (An epithet given to the only man to ever gotten his name in the prestigious list of "10 Scholars" for 2 generation straight. The very man whose intellegent rival a certain Invention King. The most famous example of polymath to ever grace history. Leonardo da Vinci. The very idea of "a man can do everything if he wills it so" often associated with a polymath expressed into reality. It's possible for Leo to do anything given that he has the necessary material and/or preparation on his hand, even if the deed itself has stepped into the territory deeds done by the gods/divine entities)

All-Knowing Seeker of Knowledge B+ (In his quest of seeking knowledge from all over the world, Gentleman Leo has come across and read the Secret Book of Green and Secret Book of Red. The books that contain infinite knowledge of everything there is in the entire creation, effectively granting him omniscience. However, the limit of a Servant's Saint Graph cannot contain knowledge of such scale and therefore this skill is greatly diminished. Nevertheless, Gentleman Leo is still a resourceful man that know many things. Making it possible for him to invent something extraordinary from something completely mundane and ordinary)

Natural Insight A+ (Is the ability to grasp the essence of things. Perceptive eyes for observation that will not overlook any information. The eye of inventor that wouldn't miss the tiniest of detail, rivaling the eye of a certain British detective. While it's possible to perform a foresight equivalent of a future foresight of a clairvoyance, Gentleman Leo never bothers to actually do that, slightly diminishing the skill's rank and completely sealing the foresight feature of the skill)

Wisdom for a Youthful Soul A (Gentleman Leo's love and admiration towards hardworking youth knows no bound. A mere banter between a youth and Gentleman Leo could end up being a turning point in life of the youth in question, propelling them into a much brighter future. Every advices by Leo has near 100% possibility of being correct if the receiving end is much younger than him. On the other hand, Gentleman Leo oftenly doesn't bother to give any advice to a grown person because he thinks that they can think for themselves because they're adults. Unless they're close to him in which case he might consider giving them one)

Simon would probably have luck, mana, and NP as EX, not sure where I would place the rest of his stats if he were summoned as a servant, but considering his "legend" and the way he's perceived is basically "he has super super strong mechs, his physicals would probably be low normally and really high in his mechs.

Fate's all about perception, and just like with most mech series the perception of TTGL pilots tends to be "they're only strong with their mechs".
 
Doesn't change the fact that it's false tho. By that Logic, Goku isn't even a strong heroic spirit, since not many people know about his heroic actions. He saved the entire multiverse with his team, and yet he's still a country bumpkin in the eyes of the people in his verse.

That being said, I like this aspect of Fate. It nerfs people according to their fame and nature. Fire. Your idea isn't bad tho. I just think if we're going to go into their stats, we could be a bit more truthful?
 
I like doing these based on how they're perceived by fans of the series or how they're treated in verse. If we just went with their actual stats, too many characters would just be EX across the board, at a level where they could never be summoned as a heroic spirit.
 
Heroic Spirits have a cap on how strong the servant container is, so their stats tend to just get scaled down if they're too strong, or scaled up if they're too weak.

(C) - Hiraga Saito is the Gandalfr of his generation, protector of one of the Void mages. He is granted the title and burden of being the Left Hand of God in the Brimiric faith.

Protection from Arrows (B) - One of the, if not his most notable achievement, is fighting a defensive battle against an army 70,000 strong. Among which are bowmen who fired a hail of arrows that darkened the sky upon him. With that said, he succeeded in holding them off until his allies escaped.


Noble Phantasm:

Gandalfr
(B) - Any object classified as a weapon in its conception can be used by Saito in the most efficient ways it can be wielded. Do note that while it grants expertise in the object in question, it does not grant a personalized fighting style. The weapon used is converted into a noble phantasm of a rank that is not too far from its own capacity, e.g. mundane weapons become E to D-rank, weaker mystic codes can go up to C-rank, higher end mystic codes can go up another rank, etc.

Gandalfr (Extra Effect): Somehow getting the user's hands on another heroic spirit's noble phantasm will add a (+) to its rank but any active effect it may have is not accessible.

Derflinger (B): Anti-Thaumaturgy. Any and all magecraft below its own rank is immediately absorbed (and therefore nullified) and converted into mana for its own use. Magecraft of its own rank and above is also absorbed, but it takes an amount of time proportionate to the rising rank, and therefore can be overwhelmed by sufficiently powerful attacks. Stored mana can be released at anytime as something equivalent to Prana Burst (B). Lastly, the sword itself is sentient and can therefore do things like warn its user of danger from a blindspot, draw upon past users' experience to guide its current wielder, and even temporarily control its wielder's body and teleport up to a hundred meters away with enough mana stored.

Mystic Eyes of Boundary (EX):
The eyes that see the world as boundaries, and from which she could interact whenever she pleased...In other world, it's her innate ability, express through the law of this world, because cool factor. It's also her way to properly interact and mess around with the boundary of this world, from physical boundary between object, to boundary between country, to the distance between people and even time and space itself, applying to even boundaries between concept.

Through this mechanic, it's how she could cross the boundaries between world, and come to here. It's unknown if her eyes glow whenever she used this.

Mysterious Demenor (A): A demenor that keep people guessing what she truly thought, and hide her true intent. Giving people only what she wanted them to hear and thinking what she wanted them to think, she indirectly manipulate and control people action, while keeping an irritating presence over them all, even when people started to look at her true motive.

Youkai Sage (EX): It's the extreme intelligent and wickedness that allow her to have this title. She could casually calculate the amount of atom in the air above a village, and dealing with formula with a thousand variable like a back of her hand. Combining with the wisdom she gained with her ability, she could accurately grasp the world around her, and dealt with plan so convoluted and deep it obscure the mind, making everyone dancing upon her palm.

Noble Phantasm:

Yukari: Outer God of Truth and Lie (EX): Fabricating her own origin, she turn her own mystery to becoming similar to that of the incomprehensable, and descend her own creation into the world. Becoming as both herself, and her blasphemous "god", she flung her opponent into the boundary of truth and lie, where truth become lie, lie become truth, and whether thing is truth or lie...All is decided by her. The more you believe, the more it become a lie, the more you denied, the more it become reality.

However, it's both a truth and a lie, and all in all, it's ultimately just a playful illusion turn real that only dealt with conviction. A complicated, over-the-top work, that is easily broken when you comprehend it, it's seems like both her way of messing around and show her might...an action truly that of an Youkai.

Profound Barrier: Phantasm, Foam and Shadow:
 
Existence Outside the domain comes from meeting an Outer God or being from a different universe. If it's the first, it's the rank Abigail and Hokusai have, if it's the second then it's D rank like MHXX. You can't change the rank of it on mood because it's a yes or no question.

Necro here, but that's doesn't really matter with her as all, Who could freely manipulate the relationship and boundary between herself as a Youkai, and "herself" as a god she fabricated, in how alienated she is. Show how much of a troll she is
 
That doesn't have anything to do with it. It has nothing to do with your identity, it's about whether you contacted an Elder God or came from a different universe.

Analysis Expert (EX) : An ability that allows the user to analyze their surrounding down to the most minute details and thus allowing them to make a plan according to the results of their analysis. Rimuru have EX rank so he can analyze his opponents and their abilities just by seeing them, Can conceal info about himself, Can't be analyzed by skills below their level, and even can give fake info about himself.

Ultimate Existance (A+++) : A special skill. A superior version of Divinity Furthermore, due to the existence fixation it also possesses the effect of resistance towards attack by means of instant death, time manipulation, Magic and Mind Manipulation. Those with the Skill do not receive any Influence from Existance that have Dinivity Lower than him

Space-Time Control (EX) : Rimuru rules over space-time, which makes him capable of doing things such as transcending space-time to reach the location he desires or rewinding time, his attack capable of exceeding time and space to strike the opponen

Harvest Lord Shub-Niggurath (A+):
Rimuru's Noble phantasm that's revolves around skills mimicry and skills creation. Its subskills are the following :

  • Skill Creation: An ability that enables Rimuru to create new skills from information and skills that he has already gathered.
  • Skill Duplication: The ability to duplicate any skills he's obtained and analyzed.
  • Skill Gifting: An ability that enables Rimuru to grant his duplicated abilities to his subordinates. It's also possible to remove skills he has bestowed on his subordinates.
  • Skill Bank: An ability that enables Rimuru to turns abilities that have been obtained and analyzed into a data collection that can be reproduced at any given time.
Void God Azathoth (EX): Rimuru's main Noble Phantasm that's created an Ultimate power revolves around Time-Space manipulation, Consuming power, and magical energy source. Its sub-skills are the following :

  • Soul Consumption: An ability that allows Rimuru to be able to consume virtually anything, even the souls of his targets. Rimuru will also gain information about whatever he's consumed, such as the consumed materials' inherent properties and abilities. It's also possible to "store" the thing he eats in his "stomach" rather than outright consuming them completely.
  • Turn Null (Nothingness Collapse): By harnessing the power of a chaotic, nuclear dimension, Rimuru can bypass the need for mana when using magic while also increasing the potency of his spells exponentially. This energy is in fact the primordial energy which was used to create the several parallel worlds that exist. Turn Null can create and destroy everything.
  • Imaginary Room: An ability that was made to confine and isolate the target within a separate dimension. This dimension is basically Rimuru's "stomach", and is infinite in size
  • Space-Time Control: An ability that let Rimuru manipulate space-time to a degree, allowing him to accomplish feats such as instantaneous teleportation and stopping for roughly 30 minutes. This skill also makes Rimuru be able to move within stopped time, rendering time stopping abilities useless against him.
  • Multi-Dimensional Barrier: Rimuru constantly generates multi-layered barriers that make use of dimensional gaps to protect him from incoming harm.
  • Analysis: The absorbed target is studied and analyzed in order to create items from their materials. With enough materials, Rimuru can produce a duplicate of the absorbed target as an ally. If he successfully analyzes their skills or magic, he can begin to use them as his own.
  • Mimicry: Rimuru can replicate the appearance of anyone he has absorbed, as well as their skills and abilities while taking up their form. However, the latter is dependent on how much information he had on his absorbing target and his success at analyzing their abilities.
  • Isolation: Rimuru can isolate any harmful or unnecessary materials so that they will not harm him while absorbed into his body.
  • Decay: The ability to decompose the target and also add a decomposition status effect. There is a chance of acquiring a random ability after consuming only a part of a monster's corpse.
  • Supply: Whether a subordinate or not, Rimuru can grant an ability unto a person with whom he has a relationship with.
  • Outer Gods Summon: Due to being Avatar of The Ruler of All Outer Gods he have ability to summon Other Outer Gods such as Veldora (Nyarlathotep), Velgry
    (Cthugua),Ranga (Hastur) and many others
Manas: Ciel (Wisdom God's Core) (A+++): The core of Wisdom that gained individuality, personality, and will, Although classified as a Noble Phantasm, she (Rimuru refers to Ciel as a female) have self awareness. Ciel's power revolves around in-depth analysis, learning, and problem-solving skill, and overall utility at using spells to its utmost efficiency. Her subskills are the following :

  • Analysis and Judgment: This ability improves Rimuru's capacity to analyze and make judgments regarding a target.
  • Parallel Processing: An ability to detach thoughts and analyze multiple simultaneously without time lag.
  • Chant Annulment: Due to this ability, Rimuru does not need to chant to cast magic.
  • All of Creation: An ability that allows Rimuru to comprehend any non-concealed phenomenon. In addition, it improves his analytical abilities to the point that it is nearly impossible for him to analyze his surroundings incorrectly and eliminating the risks of his analysis backfiring on him.
  • Cloning: Rimuru can create a clone of himself that can operate within a kilometer of the original.
  • Synthesize: Rimuru can transform two differing targets into a single object.
  • Separate: Rimuru can release the properties inherent to the target and make it into a separate object.
  • Thought Acceleration: Rimuru can accelerate his thought processes by a million to ten million times, allowing him to react to attacks and formulate strategies far more quickly than he would be normally able to.
  • Skill Synthesis: An ability that let Ciel combine other skills to create a stronger skill as a result.
  • Skill Promotion: An ability that let Rimuru strengthen his comrades by evolving their skills to a higher level.
