Personally, I would apply it since the calculation is approved and one staff agreed.

Now, you can wait for other staff input, but honestly, once the calculation is evaluated and approved, there is nothing to argue. (it is objective now lol)

I already rejected this version of the calc in favor of my calc which uses much more reliable metrics to scale from.

So no upgrade. Downgrade instead.
