Mereoleona has NFI too but she has shown no feats of Intagibility idk why it is there. The closest thing to that is when she started dissipating against Lucifero and that's not combat applicable... Yet.

What's Ace's AP? If we're counting Mereoleona's 6-B version then she's 26.5 Teratons (she should be 13.25 but whatever)

Mereoleona was facing Lucifero like a champ, she is at least close to 53 Teratons, but for the sake of lowballing, she is 26.5

She did literally 0 dmg to him no matter how OP she looked she's nowhere near that level of power.

I'd say Ace has the advantage, Mereoleona can't her much more before evaporating which means her HI increasing power level won't help much. Maybe she can make up the AP difference with Mana Zone
