Look, during the majority of Marco's fight with King, he was fighting a no-Haki Base King with a sword.
Beginning-of-King-Fight Zoro with normal Buso matched this same Base King, before he got the amps. It was only after King went Hybrid that Zoro got overpowered.

"+ Queen " And? He was tossing Queen around for the most part.
And I'm pretty sure Queen went off to do something else and Marco had to 1v1 King. We don't know how exactly their 1v1 went, but it happened, and Marco ended up being too exhausted to help for a bit.

Pretty much, Queen kept focusing on the likes of Hyogoro etc on the live floor rather than fighting and eventually became fully preoccupied with Chopper for around 30 minutes and then Sanji for an extended amount of time until Marco was defeated.

In Marco's defense, I don't think he used all of his arsenal against King and Queen either. I don't think even he used haki against them...well he definitely didn't use Koka.

i think he used Armament Haki vs Queen since Queen had cuts and bruises in his face from Crane Talons

While it's not impossible, what makes you think that's due to Marco using haki? That could just be due to brute strength.
