I mean they are already in UBW so he can spam her with a multidirectional attack that she has no way of blocking at 4k
and she has to aim the blast at a target at 4km that is something that she simply canot do
Or she just blocks his attacks which she 100% can, and kills him then with Excalibur...

But hey why easy if we can also let the inferior one win, by just saying the superior one can't do things she obviously can.

Archer has zero buisness fighting Saber without prep and a extremely good plan, end of story.

Then Hrunting will do the trick, in Fate Hollow ataraxia it took about 5 or 6 shots, but in the end Saber couldn't keep up with the further increasing strenght and she loses.

My point is that in this battle they are already insede of UBW at 4km at that range I doubt that she can hit Archer with a Excaliblast

So Archer has range advantage

Place advantage that alows him to use his more powerful techniques in a faster and better way

If you read the light novel she only has mana for one full powered blast if she fails she is cripled and she hast to aim while avoiding swords coming from all directions (many of whom are noble phantasms) and she can't just run him down because he can also shoot "arrows" (who are also noble phantasms) from that distance that have de ability to track his target or explode with the strengt to kill berserk.

She has no chance

Saber having only one blast is irrelevant, Archer is not dodging it under any circumstance.

Also, Saber took a beating from Avalon and was still able to use Excaliblast against Gil to kill him, against someone that not only has no counter to it, but has weaker noble phantasms, she's fine.

Also even if she can hit him at 4km Rho Aias is capable of resisting the blast for a time enough for a rain of supersonic noblephantasms to kill her

Actually, Shirou's inferior Rhos Aias held up against Excalibur Morgan, albeit while bolstered by the Magic Resistance of Rider's Pegasus.

I'm aware of that, however, Archer's RA almost failed against Gae Bolg and his arm was damaged, no reason it would work on Excaliblast

In the visual novel when you are about to fight Gilgamesh Saber says that she can block a max of three weapons from the gate before being overhelmed so if UBW is faster than GOB then I think she is not going to do very well

Also about he not firing NF with UBW once you enter all of his swords are already created (and by extencion all the NF that he has seen) so he can just make them fly to her the only moment in wish he has to create one is in the case that the sword already in UBW is destroyed and he wants a new copy or he sees a new weapon.

And there is a good explanation of why it would work with Excaliblast Rho Aias is a conceptual weapon that is why it could stop Gae bolg even if it has the effect of "No matter how many times it is dodged, it will strike the enemy" and as far as I remember Excaliblast is not a conceptual weapon or an inevitable attack.

Also A four petal version could resist excalibur Morgan With a Saber With unlimited mana with the help of rider a 7 petal version that is also stronger just because is used inside of UBW should be able to tank a excaliblast from a cripled saber.

Saber can hit with Excalibur from 4 kilometers. It's explicitly mentioned in their fight in Ataraxia that she could kill Archer with it from the four kilometers between them, but she didn't because it'd kill a bunch of innocent people in the surroundings.

Basically the same conditions as this battle, Saber wins but mentions how the battle could've ended different if Rin was there to aid him.

You do realize that fight involved Archer knowing that he can't take Saber under any circumstances and thus forced her to defend Shirou from constant Hruntings, right? If it weren't for Shirou being in range, she could have charged at him any time she wanted.

She basically says how her current levels of prana won't allow her to close the distance faster than Archer can launch his arrows, she needed a command spell to achieve that.

And Shirou anlyzed the situation and only believed that Excalibur would help them put up a fight if used, then wrote off the idea because he deemed it too destructive for the area, nothing here hints that saber would achieve ceratin victory even if she had used Excalibur.

That's primarily because of terrain and Shirou's crappy energy reserves. Assuming both sides are as close to peak as they can be under their respective masters without their Masters being actual targets, then Saber should not have trouble closing the distance with duck and cover tactics.
