RP • A Country Divided Thread

Cain neglected to remove her clothes because she wasn't wearing any. She was always covered in darkness which covered pretty much all that needed to be covered, and she wasn't particularly concerned with being exposed to her friends either way, nor was she concerned with seeing her friends exposed, simply sitting in the water and looking around, occasionally plucking a fish out of the water on her finger and violently tearing it to pieces accidentally after trying to hold it with her enormous hands and eating whatever was left.
 
Shortly before entering the water, he would take his sneakers off as well along the socks, then his jeans and finally his trunks, with the last one doing it when he had his feet already in the water, so he can immediately go inside the water with the lower body not visible afterwards to others

He couldnt care less if anyone seen him in general naked though, not even girls, though things are different when a certain somebody makes Dhei more conscious about being seen like that by that person

Kaminos turned around, facing Goliath and taking the hit straight to the shoulder. The force from the blow had disrupted his balance and temporarily caused the grip on his hammer to falter. As his legs were swept, he leaned back, kicking the head of his hammer, sending Klauthmos crashing into Goliath's head. Should the blow be successful, he'd roll back before catapulting toward him at full speed, charging towards him while staying low. He then tilts his entire body, throwing a powerful jab toward Goliath's stomach. Should that be effective, he'd then launch a kick toward the shin of whichever leg was further out before using a flurry of chain punches that went up from his stomach up to his face, ending the series of strikes with a swift haymaker.

However, should Goliath deflect or evade the incoming hammer, Kaminos would take a different approach. He would rush toward him in a weird pattern. Once he was approaching close enough proximity, he would rotate, jumping slightly when he was at an off-kilter angle near Goliath. Using the momentum he built, he would launch a butterfly kick. Should the blow succeed, he would swiftly reposition himself, taking the opportunity to deliver a palm strike, giving it a secondary impact from the heat he had stored in his body.

Goliath was caught off guard by Kaminos's use of his hammer, the powerful weapon slamming into his face, blood flowing from his nose as he leaned backward. However, Goliath continued to let himself fall, falling with the force of the jab as he arched his back, balancing his entire body on the one hand. Immediately, he angled his lower body towards Kaminos, before delivering a fierce kick towards the man's face, pushing his arm forward so that entire bodyweight slammed into the man before he could continue his intense combo. Should this be successful, he'd quickly transition into a forward roll, rolling towards Kaminios before launching upward, grabbing the man by the waist before slamming him into the ground. Should all this be successful, he would quickly jump on top of the man, straddling his waist before launching a fierce series of punches onto his upper body.

Should Kaminos avoid his initial kick, Goliath would push himself into the air using only one arm, before unleashing a spinning kick towards whichever arm was currently wielding his hammer, hoping to disarm the man.
 
Meanwhile the wolf boy would rub the water he takes in his palm to clean his body, on his arms, then his chest, afterwards the shoulders, he would repeat this for 2-3 times till he moved to the lower side of the body to clean the legs, followed by more private areas

"Been so long since i had a bath, i really have gotten stinky lately"

After a few more minutes he will finish by cleaning his face and hair as well, rubbing on the latter good till he was done, then he will look around to see if anybody else was nearby, before getting finally out, shaking himself like a dog does from baths, to dry himself up, looking then for his trunks, jeans, sock and sneakers, the rest of them he would try put them on when on his way back, he wondered if the other two had been done by now

Palaria eventually got out as she finished her bath, mostly drying herself with magic though her hair had a bit of ice on it due to still being wet before walking in front of Dhei and shuffling away from him, but not going forward anymore

From how little he knew of Palaria, he knew enough to tell she didnt act like this based on their few interactions, he remembers how they started wrong and then told her back then if it could start again from 0, but never did anything about it, might as well do it now then never

"Uhmm.....you....dont...smell like...his fluids anymore....."

His social skills really show he didnt knew how to start a convo without being really awkward

Says in his mind, then would think a bit and do the following

"You are still thinking about our encounter from the first time do you?....Sigh.....im...sorry....i reacted that way, its not easy for me with humans....but...Cain really cares about you, i could see it in her eyes when she reunited with you....mind if i get...to know you as good as her?...."

Says while looking down
 
"I don't know how to approach you or if I even can, the reason I have a healthy relationship with Cain is because I don't judge someone on their looks, I judge on character and actions." Palaria responded truthfully, shaking herself to get rid of some goosebumps she had
 
He wanted to confirm something about her thoughts on him, whether from his character and actions she thought of him as other humans did

"Lemme guess...you see me as a monster ready to jump at the throats of others driven by rage....Not like i would blame you....if you think of me that way...then i already missed my chance to ever talk to you again right?....I really wished i could have still had the chance..."

He was about to start walking away, knowing he messed up with her

"I did only cuz i dont like it when they talk of mom that way!"

Said by speaking a bit louder, but then he would do it on a way loner tone, really sad one

"She was the only human i ever loved...my only family....she loved me despite turning out the way i did.....never loved me any less....yet....they took her away....i miss her warm hugs...her gentle patting on my head....she was always calming me down like that when they were hurting me....no more of that...."

"You lost anyone you cared about dearly? My heart is too weak to let go of that or the scars carved deep inside, i wondered if i should even live anymore, if it was worth going further when i could easily just have gave up and be happy with her...."

He would lift his head and look at her

"How does years of hatred and rage just go away when love and compassion have been gone for so long....Cain really is something else for being able to push on.."

"Yeah. Lost a friend, basically don't have a family... why do you think I jumped on the Chance to be with someone I love in Mark? And Cain I believe is about 90 years old, so she's had a lot more time then we have had..." Palaria murmured, looking at the snowy ground with ice building up on her hair
 
He would clean her hair of the ice, before asking

"But he clearly loved you back, mostly cuz his scent was a giveaway to me each time you were sticking to him, but for me? I dont have anyone that loves me back as of now and whether or not i succeed is up in the air, you made it look easy for yourself"

Putting the pieces I've gotten together I think she was a human experimented on by Malak. So, just, keep at it. Kaminos was knocked a few feet backwards, landing on his back. He sprung up to his feet, wiping the blood off his mouth and nose. He was then swiftly slammed to the ground almost as soon as he had gotten up. Kaminos smirked when Goliath tried to jump on him, raising his legs and rolling backwards, launching Goliath away by using his own momentum against him. Should this be successful, the Elf-Orc springs up on all fours, propelling himself forward as Goliath launches away. He then attempts to tackle his sparring partner, pinning Goliath's arms under his legs afterwards before launching a barrage of chain punches toward him.
 
Goliath was successfully launched away by the Elf-Orcs strength, allowing him to tackle Goliath into the ground. Blood spurted from his nose as Kaminos launched his barrage of punches against him. Yet, Goliath was far from contained. Goliath dug his toes into the ground, using his intense strength to forcefully begin bucking his hips wildly, attempting to cause Kaminos to lose his balance on top of him. Should this be successful, Goliath would immediately free one of his arms, before grabing Kaminios by the shoulder and slamming him onto the ground next to him, quickly reversing the position as he rolled on top of him before showering the man with blows.

Should his attempts to make Kaminos lose his balance fail, he would resort to using magic, Goliath using his skill Elemental Body to cover his entire body with electricity, hoping to stun Kaminos. If Kaminos was stunned by this attack, even for a moment, Goliath would break free from the man, quickly standing up as he delivered a kick towards the man's face, kicking it akin to how one would hit a soccer ball.

Kaminos gripped Goliath's sides tightly with the sides of his legs, continuing to throw punches. Suddenly, he was struck with electricity. Stunned due to being caught off guard by the attack, he was wide open to the kick to the face. Blood spewed from his face as he was catapulted away. Fortunately, he came to fast enough to land on his feet. He cracked his neck, walking back toward Goliath with a smile.

"This is the most fun I've had in a while!" He said.

"...You are...very...strong...Kaminios...." Goliath said. blood poured from his nose, and he had received several bruises from where he had been struck.

"I...appreciate...being able to....spar...with you..." Goliath said. His face remained cold, but he nodded at the man respectively.

"I really wanted to have it a secret....others will have her realize what i think of her....which i dont know if she is gonna react to that well....that damned demon told her i wanted to do the same thing you did down there with Mark....which is like....well....maybe a little i...kinda...do...but...her finding like this...she is gonna see me as a creep once she connects the dots....get disgusted by a beast looking that way at her...am i even somebody to her liking? What if she likes somebody the way i do?...would i even be able to compete with such a person?..."

Started rambling, panicking on this topic in a cute and funny way, reminiscent of somebody in love if you were to take a good look at it, showing to Palaria a different side of him then the usual tough unapproachable kind she may have thought he was

"A lot of humans are xenophobic assholes, and if I'm being honest, you'd probably have to ask around to hear how she reacted when Malak showed up, because I was out cold in Mark's pocket dimension at the time. But no, Cain sees you as a good friend. She cares about your race as much as I do." Palaria responded clearly
 
He felt a warm feeling inside from hearing that out of her, he turns his head slightly with each word at Palaria when asking

"You...dont...dislike werewolves? Despite all these tales saying of them, despite all those said of me under the name of The Murky Canine too"
 
Meanwhile, Para was jogging around looking at her book as she did so.

"What are you doing?" Epithymia asked her.

"Well, so far I've noticed that the spells here are incantations, so I decided to work on improving my stamina in that area..."
 
(I was asleep cause my sleep schedule is trash right now lol)

"I said it before and I'll say it now, I don't care what you look like, it's what you are at your heart that matters." Palaria responded
 
(Understandable)

A faint smile appears on his face

"Thanks....."

He would then try to say the following with one hand behind the back of his neck

"So...uhm....you....are gonna be my friend as well like you are with Cain...if its fine by you?"
 
"I dont bite....much...."

Says while scratching his cheek with his manifested claw lightly

"I wouldnt mind if you were casually coming to say hi or doing small talk...to be fair im not good at starting these myself and....makes me feel better that you come to talk with me as if i was a 'normal' human being"
