RP • A Country Divided Thread

Goliath wandered back to where the rest of the group was. His face was hard, and blood flowed from his arms from where Robins arrows had pierced him.

“….” He said nothing, simply sat down against a tree as he waited for Palaria and Mark.
 
"Regardless, I was partially right. There is a shard somewhere I the city, just not with the tower knight per say. Though I have further doubts we can actually do anything to it physically and it'll be chasing us down." Magnus said, walking around and sighing

"....." Goliath glanced at Kaminos for a moment, slowly standing up.

"...Do you...want to spar...?" he asked the man, deciding that would be a good way to pass the time.

Goliath nodded, not understanding the language but getting the meaning. He crouched, his muscles visibly clenching, before suddenly jumping forward, becoming airborne as he rocketed towards Kaminos at high speeds.

Beginning to spin in mid-air, Goliath launched a fearsome spinning kick towards Kaminos's side, using the spinning motion to increase the momentum and force behind his attack. Should this kick be successful, Goliath would immediately, place one arm on the ground, using it to balance himself as he launched another kick towards Kaminios's torso.

Kaminos braced himself, blocking the kick with his arms. He grimaced a little before giving a smile.

"Heh, you are strong!" He said. The Elf-Orc skidded back slightly, dropping onto the ground, folding his upper body over his legs to avoid the kick Goliath delivered to follow up with. Moving up only slightly, he responded with an attempted leg sweep to disorient Goliath's footing. Should it prove to be successful, he would summon his shield as he sprung up, ramming into Goliath to knock him over. However, should he avoid the sweep, Kaminos would spring back with a macaco, which he would use in an attempt to strike Goliath as he maneuvered to regain his stance. In the same motion, he would use his momentum to toss Klauthmos into the air before getting back into his standard battle stance.

Goliath's footing was disrupted by Kamino's leg sweep, causing him to stagger backward; however, his finely honed sense of balance prevented him from becoming completely disoriented by Kaminos's skillful strike. Before Kamino's shield bash could knock him over entirely, he used one leg to launch himself upward and backward into the air, performing a flip before smashing into the ground a few meters away.

"....Impressive..." he muttered, realizing how close he had been to being completely floored by the man.

Crouching suddenly, he proceeded to rush towards Kaminios once more, this time aiming to deliver a fierce shoulder tackle with his entire body weight. Should Kaminios deflect this attack, he would immediately extend his arm to grab the man, before attempting to throw him to the ground.

Mark came out behind Palaria with a red face and the first thing they saw was Alex who was sharpening her scythe.

"I hope we don't have to wait for you two to do that every time you want to use the shard" she said without concern

Kaminos inhaled, taking a knee before springing up in an attempt to go over Goliath at the last second. Should he succeed, he would grab Klauthmos, performing a flip in order to strike the backside of Goliath after dialing down its heat a little bit. After all, this was a spar. However, should he fail and be thrown into the ground, he'd swiftly rotate almost as if breakdancing, using that momentum to give his following strike, an *escopado toward Goliath's face as he rotated, a little bit more force behind it. Should this strike be a success, he'd back up a little, getting a few inches of distance which meant more reaction time for him.

*escopado = a technique utilized in capoeira

Goliath, being caught off guard by Kaminos's feat of agility, was unable to grab the man in time as he began to him jump over him. Whirling around quickly, he barely reacted in time to Kaminos slamming Klauthmos onto him, blocking the strike with both arms as the weapon struck, his bones creaking at the impact, fire burning into his arms as he received some burns from the mighty hammer, though not anything significant due to his own durability, combined with Kamino's holding back his heat.

The moment Kaminos began to land, Goliath would perform a cartwheel towards Kaminos, immediately transitioning into a fierce downward Ax Kick as he attempted to slam his heel against the man's shoulder. Should this be successful, he would immediately, land on his feet, before unleashing a low kick towards the man's legs, hoping to take some of his mobility away.

Should the initial ax kick be dodged or otherwise negated, Goliath would plant the toes of one of his feet on the ground, balancing his entire body on them as he curved his body to face Kaminos, before unleashing a vicious punch from a clearly unnatural position, Goliath hoping to use his supernaturally honed sense of balance to catch the man off guard as he slammed his fist into his chest.
 
SNIFF SNIFF SNIFF

Dhei would sniff the air sensing the smell from both Mark and Palaria that came out now

"Ugh...both of your scents are strongly giving a powerful odor, it irritates my nose a lot"

Said holding his nose as he was saying that
 
"Well yeah, no duh..." Palaria murmured, shaking her head

"There is a safe river about a klick west, in case you like ice-dipping." Magnus said
 
"I'd rather literally do woodworking in the water, I do have a limited supply of mana to work with you know, even if my supply is immense." Palaria responded, walking west to bathe and *****

Mark for his part, he looked at his sister with an expression that she was going to suffer, before following Palaria.
 
The mention of a river made Dhei sniff his clothes and himself, he didnt took a bath in so long that he was smelling of blood, sweat, dirt and so much more, he was surprised he didnt took notice of his up to now, probably because he got used to it

"I will take one too now that i think about it, dont know when will there be another chance to get one any soon"

He also didnt wanna have Cain turn away from him for not cleaning himself at all or others that might complain he smells bad, as such he went straight to that river, obviously he would be from a distance from where Palaria and Mark are gonna be bathing

Palaria broke the ice and just went in, letting the running water wash her down with a bit of magical and completely water-friendly soap, but it was as she was doing thet that she casted a heat spell on Mark to keep him warm
 
Cain walked up to the river assuming she was around, hopping into it. "Water." She said, simply dipping into the water and just sitting there, enjoying the feeling.
 
When Dhei arrived, he would start taking his clothes off before going in, taking his hooded jacket off revealing under that he had a short sleeved black t shirt, which after he would take off as well would show his upper body, which was very well worked out

He wasnt ridiculously buff looking, but he clearly was looking jacked, having visible packs and chest outlined, along clear muscles on his arms as well

In short Dhei had a very athletic looking body for somebody his age and size, after all you gotta be physically in shape when on the run from humans and alone in the wild with animals for years, being a werewolf genetically and magically have their perks too, though given he barely takes clothes off none really see how he looks under ever
