Ruby just stood silent next to Dilma the whole time, being speechless before the whole Amy situation, as she's not mentally prepared to face this kind of moral dilemma.

Also looking sad.
 
"Fine then. Go improve the Arc Reactors if you want, I'm arranging systems for spreading and mass producing the nanite healing spray. I will not force you to do anything though." Nicholas states, his armors are working on various things, both here and across the globe, he seems to be making various mental calculations while also contacting people throughout his networks.
 
So if I spend more money it's stronger, and the chant takes... 3 days.

"Hey Nicholas, would you like to donate somewhere around a billion usd and/or use your abilities to assist in the creation of a floating fortress? There will be phantasmal beasts and unique plants you can study or experiment on along with, well more space."

"Alright."

Amy uses Era Observation to make sure she knows where the arc reactors are. She then begins using Enchant to improve their energy capacity, focusing the entirety of her existence and mental capacity on the task.
 
"Well, i'll do something."

I go to the closest beach, and my origin shows it's true power. Once i enter a beach, the concepts of beach overlap. Thus, the beach suddely starts to feel... dreamy. Amazing.

It feels like the beachiest beach to have ever beached. The breeze blows greatly.

I transform into my Magical Girl form... however, as the light covers my body reveals me, my clothes become visible. They are actually just a generic looking beach lifeguard suits. With sunglasses.

My mere presence on the beach causes everyone in it to have a great time. All women have the hots for me. All restaurants i go to suddely find great success. The beach has been completely wipped out of any troubles. I collect all the garbage near the beach and the water in it and throw it all inside my shield's portal. Nobody wants it anyway. Everyone has probably noticed me, but my charisma, beachness and hotness makes it they don't find it weird.

I can make it better though.

"I think I've done all I can for now. By the way, it seems alot of people are in this building, right? Anything i should be wary of?"
 
"Doesn't matter what form it is, I just need to go procure some materials from where Assyria was." Kyouka responds

"Very well." Nicholas states, bringing in roughly 44 metric tons of solid gold from his dimensional storage and placing it near Kyouka with his gravity manipulation.

"Not the people in this building right now. However you should be vary of the one known as Eike." The armor answers.
 
"Upgrade the carbon converters, if you want, I suppose. They're meant to remove excess carbon from the atmosphere." Nicholas says, while still focusing on other things.
 
"Sure."

Amy uses Enchant on the carbon converters in order to make them more efficient, using her Grace "Flash" to be as quick as possible with the upgrades.
 
"Thank you I'll be back soon." Kyouka says, grabbing the gold and flying off towards the middle east, going between various countries that stand where Assyria once did.

She uses her newfound speed to "buy" all the materials, taking what she needed and leaving the appropriate amount of gold with the sellers, within practically an instant she has returned to the apartment with everything necessary.

"Ok so Nicholas do you have a way to speed up chants for magic?" She asks
 
"The matter converters should be next then, they can be used for various purposes, such as creating food from inedible matter and removing pollution." Nicholas states to Amy before seeing Kyouka return.

"I possess the ability to decrease the incantation time for chants, yes." Nicholas answers her.

Dilma than notices Ruby's blank state, she than apporaches her and hugs her

Fujin lays around in her oversized office, she decides to use her Conceptual Improvement on her spicy new EE camera. It now doesnt need multiple shot to actually EE something now. Neat.
 
After having done some... things, i give a random, bullshit speech about how i will always watch over the beaches. They buy into it thanks to Charisma+Beach Powers. Once a beach has been beach kinged, it will stay like that forever.

So i shapeshift into bats and fly back into their apartment, since i feel something cool will happen there.
 
Nicholas continues moving around the lab, contacting and arranging things.

Armors come and go, bringing the various upgraded items to production and spreading them where they can. The armors have all been equipped with portal modules now.

"The memory modules could use upgrading as well. They are used to observe the memories of others and accurately recreate events from them. Their purpose is punishing criminals and discerning evidence." Nicholas says.
 
"Ah well that's good, so for the second part of producing the fortress an incantation is required and I was hoping you could help with that."
 
Fujin decides to go see the construction of the huge sky fort or whatver its, that aught to be some good News. She uses Extreme Speed to zoom over to the construction site.
 
"Great. Well here is the chant. I'm not sure how your high speed incantation works." Kyouka says handing off a paper with the incantation on it
 
Nicholas looks through the chant at absurd speeds.

He says a significantly shortened version of the chant using his High-Speed Incantation.
 
"Seems as though I forgot about something actually."

I fire Ento Ju, four blue circles of magic orbiting just off of the barrel and each other. The bullet immediately appears directly in front of the presense that had been following me.
 
"Perfect. Thanks Nicholas."

Kyouka sets up the remaining things quickly

"Ok so, do you guys want the apartment complex to go up into the sky too or stay on the ground? You can vote too news bird." She asks everyone present
 
"You should upgrade the water purifiers now, they're made specifically to purify saltwater." Nicholas states to Amy.

"Also I don't really care either way." He answers Kyouka

The bullet is deflected by another bullet hitting it.

Eike sees a cloaked figure with something akin to darkness shrouding it, the figure has masked their face.

"My, my. Was such a thing really necessary? I was merely watching wasn't I?" They state, speaking in a male voice.
 
"It was merely to draw you out of hiding, really. If I wanted to kill you, you would've already been dead. Anyways, who are you and why were you following me?"
