Masayoshi and Towa took aim at a non-vital area of King Tiger's body. After all, regeneration was forbidden in this tournament. Masayoshi launched a barrage of bolts of energy from her hands, all homing in toward King Tiger's Achilles tendons to prevent him from being mobile. These blasts were infused with durability and resistance negating properties, guaranteeing that they would hurt if they connected. However, should King Tiger make an effort to avoid the arrows, a small, microscopic speck would hover over him, waiting until the right opportunity was present to increase in size. It was a miniaturized Burning God Meteor made by Towa, one that would now expand to a large enough size to temporarily pin him to the ground, hopefully long enough to allow for the bolts to hit his Achilles tendons.
Should the meteor miss or be countered by King Tiger, it would break apart into fragments, all which coated around Masayoshi's fists via Towa's magic, functioning like burning gauntlets. With Towa beside her, Masayoshi would begin to peer through time, getting the impression of what King Tiger's moves would be as she moved in. She may not have the skill he did, but she did have that to her advantage. Masayoshi would launch a blast of energy from her eyes, not to damage King Tiger, but to blind him momentarily and distract him from the strike she was going to throw. The judge launched an uppercut toward his jaw, before throwing a hook with each arm to the face and going for a wrestler's specialty: a drop kick. As she performed the drop kick, her legs ignited and a shockwave emitted from the strike, attempting to further increase the power of the blow.
Towa rushed at King Tiger at the same time from a different angle with a smile on her face. Warping away at the last second, she would reappear above King Tiger shortly after Masayoshi would begin her attack, launching a barrage of stomp attacks on the wrestler before sending her leg back and amplifying it with her ki and magic to deliver a powerful kick toward his face.
"God, I really hope you can heal between rounds," Masayoshi said to herself, "I'd feel awful if we couldn't..."
The realm that was present warped as blows were exchanged. Toyoshi and Super Mira were growing stronger at a rapid rate. No one knew how much time had passed there.... Days, weeks, months, years... They had no clue. However, as the battle raged on, one thing was clear: Mira had the clear edge.
Toyoshi created a shield of darkness, warping it into a myriad of spikes that would impale and cage Mira as he attempted to shatter the shield. However, this was counteracted by Mira altering the space between them, allowing him to grab one, sustaining it with his own energy and utilizing it like a blade. Apparently, he was also attempting to mimic the swordsmanship of one of Toyoshi's allies, manipulating it into the shape of the Goddess Cleaver (just the shape lol, he's not that stronk). Toyoshi enchanted her staff, preparing to engage in a melee battle with her creation once again.
And thus, they clashed.
The two would parry, block, and counter the swings and strikes of the other. Toyoshi read one of his swings, evading it by leaning back before attempting a powerful thrust with her staff. Mira anticipated this, parrying the staff and causing the fusion's arm to be lifted up and off balance. However, Toyoshi began to spin the staff rapidly, utilizing her magic to build and trap momentum before slamming the spinning staff back toward Mira. The android blocked the blow with his blade, being pushed back by the strike as he struggled against it. However, he had a counter for this. Using Toyoshi's time stop, Mira stopped all of the momentum that she had trapped from actually being put to use. Now, it was a matter of strength and skill once more.
How many duplicates were fused with by both parties was also a blur at this point. The only thing they kept track of regarding that was that for everyone duplicate Mira made, Toyoshi had to make two. The duplicates clashed with each other, looking no different than the vicious frontlines of war. The only difference was that it ended without casualties as their creators merged with and siphoned the power from the respective duplicates of themselves.
Both entities eventually forced themselves away from each other. While no words were spoken, the mutual exhilaration and respect was evident from even the looks in their eyes. Although, a further glance could potentially communicate something more, though this was dismissed or suppressed for the time being. They began to power up, their strength and the gap between now becoming abundantly clear.
This battle was far from over. It was just beginning.
(Oof. Sorry it took me so long to drop this, internet's acting funny over here. I've had this post finished for like a whole 14 minutes [and yes, I kept track] but haven't been able to post it because the internet's been down. Also, that's all I've got for this right now lol. I'm going to sleep. Good night, peeps, and shalom.)
King Tigers' instinctual reaction allowed him to instantly deduce that the blast Toyoshi fired was designed to negate his durability. hurriedly, he attempted to steer clear of the attack, just in time to get slammed with the burning meteor as it rapidly increased in size. However King Tiger was strong, his decades of training his muscles combined with his gravity manipulation allowed him to overpower the pin through brute force alone, and jump away from Mayoshi beams right before they struck him.
What King Tiger was not prepared for, however, was the blinding eye blast that was launched by the fusion, robbing him of his vision for a few moments. However, King Tigers body had mastered the art of taking blows, to the point where it could do so on reflex, preventing the blindness from affecting his defense. King Tiger shifted his body, preventing any of the Judges attacks from hitting his vitals, additionally, he activated his forcefield, mitigating a large portion of the damage that the blows would deal. Simultaneously, the forcefield would also reflect a portion of Masayoshi back at her, resulting in her being damaged by her own attacks. This did not stop him from being blown backward by the resulting force of the dropkick, however.
King Tiger withstood the barrage of stomps, his face getting battered and bruised by the force. Suddenly, King Tigers hand shot upward, and he grabbed Toyoshi by the legs, using his matter manipulation to bind his flesh to hers on the Sub Atomic level, making it near impossible to break free from. Lifting her into the air, he forcefully slammed her body into the ground, using his gravity manipulation to increase the force of her fall by an unimaginable degree. Should She escape from this, King Tiger would rush towards her, pressing the offensive, he would release a barrage of punches and kicks at her, all amplified by his gravity and conceptual manipulation to increase their strength and speed, before instantly transitioning into a grapple, grabbing Masayoshi by the waist and forcefully suplexing her into the ground.
"NICE MOVES, especially that dropkick! but I ain't going down so easily."
