Pralaya should be high 1A . She is the void outside the creation and the she consumed the whole existence countless times until its been created from her . I actually see her more powerful then oblivion by feats and unlike oblivion she doesn't possess a chronal dimension outside the multiverse .

Prayala is arugulably more powerful than Oblivion via feats and statements. These charcters play the same role in their respective verses it logically makes no sense they would be tiered differently. Same with mother night for that matter
