Based on Henrique's (aka MarcoOPT) most recent theory, he will not be defeated and run to that winter island from Caribou's short story. I really want it to happen, because Wano can't end without Kid doing something that isn't a generic metal hand, at least do a island sized one if it really needs to be impressive.

Honestly I think it will be all the Supernova’s (Besides Apoo and Hawkins) plus likely some more people taking on Kaido. I think if Mama doesnt attack Kaido Marco will distract her, while I think Mama is a step above Marco in power he can still fly and is close enough to distract her.

Not yet. He still has Panda in reserve so if he switches sides he'll probably let something slip as part of his alliance with Law and how he hexed Kaido
