So uh- the scientific explanation to Sanji's fire releasing lightning (considering GERMA SCIENCE is the literal key focus here) is that his heat is so high it causes the air to ionize which releases electricity (lightning), which, SCIENTIFICALLY, has potential to go from 50 thousand to 15 million degrees depending whether or not you use the air ionization temp or lightning temperature.

Pretty much. We don't have a specific count on how hot diable jambe is/was, but for fire to BURN underwater (not just heat water or boil) it should be at least 4000°F. Sanji saying his current fire is "much hotter". If you assume the least is 10x, it'd be 40000°F, which isn't far off 50K.

But there's also the fact that lightning doesn't begin and cease only when he initially catches fire, but stays throughout Ifrit Jambe, which implies the ionization of air is constantly occuring through his fire.... So it leans closer to the 15M-

People will just rule it out as "effects" though- even though he specifically said his busoshoku is being used for defense to withstand that heat

But creating it through what he considers great temperatures? Judge's electricity seems more like Niji's Henry Blazer than flame ionization causing lightning sparks. We'll probably get elaboration on it eventually- Sanji could liken it to his father's ability (which would be irony at its finest-)
But if not, it's likely just-- actual science being applied and the ionization of air from the temperatures is causing it.

Then he's just that durable? He IS a cyborg after all. And you know- Strong OP characters can resist a character who passively breaks down steel in an instant with just their heat. Like Jinbe being able to block/Resist Akainu's heat, which depending on what you wanna go with-- either vaporized or just melted swords by being near them

And that's not involving Sanji's "Exoskeleton and Haki defense" shtick which he's using to withstand his own fire
 
meh, i guess you are right about that, fair points.

But even then, that's the heat not the strength, Sanji is the only one in the MT without a multiplier
