Natsu Dragneel vs Iskandar/Alexander

They are combat applicable. If they weren't then someone like Saber would've died from Gae Bolg.

Fate Manipulation is going to play a much bigger role in this fight than Iskandar's terrible MR. Fair note that it's minor Fate Manip though.
 
How would it constantly stop Natsu from landing a fatal blow from a roar or other AoE attacks? Especially with the Dura Difference
 
I think natsu have resistance to soul manipulation, like it true that lucy trick franmelth to make natsu release him, (also i am not complaining) but if in naruto case we can add "Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Resisted Nagato's attempt to extract his soul, although he was saved by Itachi soon after)" then why not natsu. @theglassman12 Also even it says that lake vaporization is city lvl we need to use that how much effort character put into it, like character was bloodlust or he just did it casually. Also dont forget natsu still have his flame of emotion which can increase his overall power in any form
 
@9TailAcno his flame of emotions aren't used in this match. Comparing Naruto's soul resistance to Natsu is not a good comparison. Naruto was able to physically pull back his own soul from being ripped, and Natsu was on the brink of losing his soul had Lucy not tricked the demon.

Iskandar doesn't even eat souls in-character, so that's not really a factor.

Flame of emotion is her passive ability to increase his power lvl through his rage/anger we already see in episode 7 when he can able to defeat erigor and later happy piss him off, another example of it natsu vs fish thieves, his rage increase his power without using his magic(its also a lost magic), like cobra have hearing magic, wendy have healing etc.
