I was thinking moreso due to how he scales to Mu, who scales to Gengetsu, who scales to Gaara and Rasa.

Wasn't it literally stated that Rasa could Brawl and Subdue Shukaku in a Data Book or something like that? Wouldn't that make him and by extent Gaara and the Third Kazekage 6-C?

Yeah, plus Gaara could block C-3, which should be above the bombs that harmed Isobu, but that's derailing.

Anyway, in case this thread gets accepted, Naruto's Rasenshuriken will be 5 gigatons, which is slightly above baseline.

It's not like we're saying his punches are that strong. This is for his Rasenshuriken which is his most powerful jutsu at the time (prior to unlocking Biju Bomb).

Well that makes more sense, although, just going by calcs and power scaling without any significant feat and give the character outright 6-C is a bit strecht, I'm not really sure if the energy output Naruto did here against Nagato's has to be proportional to his AP.

Yeah, exactly. And it would support the idea that KCM is superior to Pain arc Sage Mode with his FRS going from High 7-A to baseline 6-C. Consistency wise, this definitely works.
As for the validity of the OP, I personally agree with the logic, but I'll leave the final say to more knowledgeable CGMs and DT.

I just had a thought. Would War Arc Sage Naruto's Mountain Sized Rasenshuriken from later in the War Arc Scale to this or is that different?
