the speed buff comes from more muscle energy not increased chakra
First Gate makes complete use of the muscular energy in the body
latest
"Giving the wielder access to all his own chakra"
Also a later explanation elaborates that opening Gates increases the chakra that just flows throughout your body passively amping you

When he first used Chidori, it prevented him from running properly. Then, after he got Obito's Sharingan, he started using Chidori more comfortably.
That time he probably didn't have 1st gate, did he?

Edit: I'm not arguing that 1st gate amps perception speed. I'm just saying that even if it does, there's still a way to prove chidori amp > 1st gate amp.

Would this be best for a separate CRT, depending on it's validity it would affect insane amounts of profiles and keys and likely deserves it's own well detailed thread. If the current mods dismissed others scaling to to 1GK due to the lack of it's in-verse use I highly doubt they'll accept this.
This thread has ran it's course I wish to conclude it soon, just waiting for Damage to give his final say.

I'm neutral on the Isshiki argument as I think whether the "power" being an order of magnitude greater is a matter of interpretation of whether that means directly that the speed of it is that much quicker; it could also just be Kashin Koji using an expression rather than a literal measurement of the exact speed.

I think Kashin Koji should still be rated as 9.12c. Being confident in fighting Delta doesn't require having to be exactly equal in speed.

EDIT: Wait, why is the proposal to upgeade Kashin Koji from 9.12c to 10c? Kashin Koji is already rated as 10c.

IG he is but I wanted his Delta scaling regardless. I suppose I should count you as neutral for the multiplier (I don't think there's any context to support power rather than speed as the instantaneous nature was highlighted several times and no large masses were used in both scenarios by occams razor one would have no reason but to go with speed interpretation, Often times in fiction as well as real life we sometimes use those terms to imply large changes but it does not change the fact that the canon material included quantitative terms and how those act as a safe lowball for indexing purposes)

I believe it should be fine to apply the changes that I had mentioned prior due to having sufficient votes.
