Both have prior knolage. Mister Satan knows that king kills Dragon Level monsters and thinks he have the power of atleast yamamcha. King thinks that satan beated cell and thinks that he should at least be a Dragon Level Threat.

Victory is given to who ever can convince the other to leave first, also the press is everywhere so one can't just run away.

I think Satan is the one more likely to run here. King's opponents usually run from him whereas Satan is more easiliy gonna convince people he's not running and doing something awesome instead.

King is very scary FRA. He's the only one with actual 'hax', and his entire career is around it. Considering King fights Dragon-level threats with fear constantly, he won't be running.

As soon as Mr. Satan hears King Engine he'll be convinced King is legit since he's used to witnessing ki shockwaves and the other superhuman feats in DBZ. Mr. Satan doesn't have a lot to convince King that he's any stronger than he actually is aside from bluffing and his fame so King definitely has the edge in intimidation.

It's kinda funny because on a 1v1 King would get stomped, but since King is the more convincing actor of the two Mr Satan will either run or ask King to go easy on him, as he did with 18, Trunks and Buu in canon

Satan has always tried to talk his way out of problems when things didnt go his way. If he thinks that King is Yamcha level he'd probably just say that he will call Buu and Buu will destroy him. Or try to bribe him or something.

Mr Satan may be a coward, but unlike King he has cards to play.

not saying one way or another but wouldn't satan in worst case senerio threaten to call the Z fighters, a group of people who fear trick wouldn't work on since fighting stroung dangerous poeple is one of the only things they enjoy in life.

The only times he ran away was to a massive robot programmed solely to kill King that obviously could not feel fear, and against four cadres, three of which are very arrogant and all of which are far stronger than even some S-Class heroes, and even then he scared them off for a good few minutes.

Against someone who easily scares like Satan and with no stakes if Satan runs from the match, it's kinda obvious what will happen

Actually, if the win condition is simply convincing the other party to leave the battlefield, Satan would probably bribe King with money and be done with it.
