Ok so the apparent 1.5x or 2x boost on boros's meteoric burst is not a thing and not applicable in vs matches due to being an unknown increase and there's gonna be a lifting strength downgrade so GG? LS isn't concluded though so yea might need a rematch.

His scaling chain is so much above the 5 exaton value that the AP diff is really minimal at best

Regen + Meteoric Burst make it a pretty sure win for him if he ever does feel pressured

And that's if he feels pressured, he can regen and outlast his opponents if he wants to

Also I'm pretty sure we allow characters who can transform and gain an increase in speed to keep the speed increase in vs matches

In which case Boros goes from High Hypersonic to Relativistic+ which is quite the increase multiplier to say the least

AP gap seems good enough to give king piccolo a very good fighting chance as well. He also has flight.

Boros will one-shot him with any of his heat-based attacks, while Piccolo has to tear Boros apart for several minutes to win
Meteoric Burst also makes Boros blitz, if the other stuff isn't enough

Heat is treated as dura, yes, but for it to scale to physicals, you need a Universal Energy Source.

Aye, it would, but normally if there's no evidence that the heat attack also deals blunt-force trauma, then it'd be 8-B dura to heat (Yeah we do separate durability for heat, ice and blunt force trauma now without UES shenanigans). If it does deal blunt-force trauma tho (Like say, an explosion), or it deals with UES, 8-B all around.
