That is stamina based though. Namekian regen can overwhelmed from just beating them up hard enough.

Correction, it's less than x5.2.

Plus there's still speed + LS advantage which Boros can use to tire Piccolo out.

Well, Boros starts in his Releashed Form, I really don't think he'd end a fight in seconds when he spent 30 years just to confront someone that could give him a good fight

meteoric burst specifically is for ending fights quickly
released form just regens from everything, so nothing during that phase really matters.

I'm pretty sure a powerful Ki blast from Piccolo could kill Released Boros, Gohan overcame Low-High Regen with a x2 AP advantage,
I could also see Piccolo making a 5-C Minion to take care of Boros like what he did with Tien, which would make it a 2v1 when Boros goes Meteoric Burst

Boros using MB immediatly in any fight is OOC, he will fight on Released Form until he feels nothing else can help him win.

It is definitely a minor AP advantage in comparison
and it’s beyond a vast AP advantage to vaporize them to begin with. There’s literally no way you can vaporize someone who’s only 2x weaker than you. That’s like if a bodybuilder could atomize a toddler or elderly person with a punch, it’s beyond stupid.
But again, it happening in dragon ball doesn’t necessarily mean that crosses over to opm

That's only in DB, between other verses it's a x7.5 needed.
