He can dodge it, but if you're looking for ways she has to pull off possible wins:
- She can use the hair needles she used against Sasuke to seal away Kratos's pathways, preventing him from using major magic abilities like Time Travel which would otherwise hand him the win.
- She also demonstrated the ability to paralyze on contact against Sasuke, which, if used alongside the above powers, will prevent him from doing anything. At which point, she will be able to collect his soul and destroy his body and kill him off for good.
- She can always teleport behind Kratos to help with the above. He has a chance to react, but again, it's a situational thing.

Kratos doesn't have Poseidon's Rage in 3. It got sucked into the Blade of Olympus. You're looking for Cronos' Rage or perhaps Atlas' Quake.
