The Claws of Hades, his main winning shot, work by either soul ripping (not an option due to Kaguya being much stronger and the soul rip depending on physical strength or a resistance) or soul summoning (He needs to be able to move them to summon. 80 Gods prevents that)

His Time Travel wouldn't work with his magic pathways sealed off.

So that's one of the possible wins she can have here.

Pretty sure Eighty Gods Vacuum Palms doesn't seal tenketsu. It's big fists punching at people, and it did nothing to Naruto. Vacuum Wall Palm also doesn't seal tenketsu, iirc. Just inner damage.

Lifting strength doesn't always have anything to do with striking strength but she is in the same tier as Naruto I believe
