Is Mavis Vermilion stronger than Fairy Heart-Induced Zeref Dragneel?

Yes, I read the entire Fairy Tail manga, and I hate it how Zeref did Mavis dirty. Even then Mavis still bore feelings for this psychopath. Just to point it out to everyone of you, Mavis didn't even fight back other than get in the way. So it makes me really wonder, if they truly fight, would Mavis be stronger than Zeref even after Zeref takes on a Fairy Heart transformation? You gotta remember, Mavis knows everyone of the legendary Fairy Magics.
