That scene looks extremely difficult to calc; especially since the screen was scrolling. However, I'm pretty sure Sticky grenades are
9-A since it's stated to being able to vaporize targets; which is
300 Megajoules at least. Also consistent with the damage it does to Spartans. But we really shouldn't use game mechanics for weapons that chip damage shields for those shields to scale to those weaker weapons; that's reverse power scaling.
The Lightrifle being
9-A seems legit, but the Suppressor is actually the weakest Forerunner weapon. It gives even less damage than the Assault Rifle, but makes up with it for its 900 rounds per minute. Pretty sure giving less damage than Assault Rifle is just game mechanics, but at the same time, I think it's actually weaker than the Bolt Shot. Speaking of Boltshot, I do vaguely recall it disintegrating small targets. Disintegrate doesn't always mean vaporization or ionization, but if it is, it might be above
Wall level, but no higher than
9-A. Suppressor on the other hand, I don't think is any higher than
9-B.
As for speed of a Railgun, that I'm not sure. I don't know how fast handheld Railguns are, heard something about
1500 m/s.
Tank Railguns generally range from
2000 to 3500 m/s so I hear, but that refers more to the time of rail gun that's equipped to tanks, planes, or fortes; not the ones carried by people.
Also, I can agree on splitting up the Prometheans page. But I do
not think the Knight Bannerman should scale from Warden Eternal.
Edit: I need to get some sleep, so I'll be here tomorrow, and even more time after the work shift.
