I see DDM version for the plasma grenade calc was accepted. I think it makes sense. Since it would be... odd for the plasma grenade to be stronger than a Spartan Laser or Binary Rifle.

Well, the Spartan Laser is about to lose the "+" sign for the Gen 1 variants given I recalc'd it. Though, the Gen 2 variants will still have it given it ionizes Spartans and is the 2nd strongest weapon gameplay wise; and 2nd strongest carriable gun.
