I have no idea tbh. Ive always been of the opinion that u could put them anywhere, from tier 8 to tier 2 that thered be enough consistent enough feats and statements to back it up.

After scouring our Herald profiles these are the only 4-B feats I found:
- Silver Surfer incinerating a solar system
- Thor "shaking the stars" while wielding 2 Mjolnirs (ergo being able to produce half that force with one Mjolnir)
- Thor and Beta Ray Bill destroying Surtur's star-dwarfing portal
- Thor restoring Arkon's rings
- Black Bolt powering the T-Bomb
- The Sentry having the power of a million exploding suns (base Thor and Hulk definitely don't scale to him though)

And then when you bring up that there's way MORE universal feats than solar system ones they hit you with the "wlel there's more planet feats than that so haha downgrade"

I can pretty much narrow that down to FanOfRPGs then. I agree with some of his debunks (like how the Multiverse wasn't stable during the events of Infinite Crisis), but I can't say I agree with all of them.
