Red is also a wooden puppet possessed/controlled by a spirit with a higher goal within the world they occupy as the basic ones. They've probably got other smaller ones too.

Pretty sure Red matches up in terms of stats too, he's got some very impressive AP behind his belt, he might honestly take it.

Well, again, back that up with solid sources (I mean source from the author) and show how those sources fit with our rules of extradimensional scaling.

But from what I personally read and play, "2-B, possibly 2-A" is fair play. Again, I am very conservative on this regard.

And my mind blew up when Kamen Rider is extradimensional. And like some of you do, I sense that more and more verses are claimed or even displayed by the authors to be extradimensional.

We would (and have) presented these sources, or at least some of them, the issue is that we just can't get anybody on the threads to evaluate the sources, or really anything Touhou related at all. Most mods are unfamiliar with Touhou as a verse and either don't want to evaluate it or feel they dont know how to, and whenever we can get someone to evaluate things its usually only a PART of the CRT. Hell, even simple 1-3 ability addition CRTs can take weeks to pass. We've had one with Reimu open for like a month without input.

It's just a very slow process when it comes to moving Touhou along on this site. We don't have a variety of mods interested in evaluating the verse like other major verses, and its not a super popular verse like Dragon Ball or Naruto or Sonic which requires a lot of people moderating it to ensure it makes sense.

2A / 1C Touhou should be very doable though, once we can get the reasoning for 2A in, we should be able to upgrade to 1C from there. It'll just be a time consuming process.

Fun fact, Therewolf told me this was the most difficult track of the bunch to compose, ended up being the most complex to compose and took him the most time of any track, he definitely put a lot of work into this one!

Everyone who did this commission batch paid 300 to my knowledge. He had a flat rate of 300 for both the song and the track art, and there were no extra options like vocals, guest vocalists/musicians, or anything like that. I have no idea if he plans to open extra options in future comm batches.

When I put in my commission request, he got back to me in about 1-2 days with an email stating he accepted the comm and gave me an invoice. From there any contact would be through email. I generally reached out every 2-3 weeks, not to be too bothersome with reaching out, dont check in every few days/every week lol, that's way too much. He accepted my comm late July and finished it mid-late September if you want a timeframe. We had a little bit of extra correspondence because of the blog I was working on, so he gave me more helpful timeframes with when he would finish the track & when it would post so I could finish my blog.

If I have any advice when it comes to getting a comm with him, be sure to have what you want written out and thought of ahead of time, you will not have much time to type on the commission form when he opens them, and be as detailed as possible in your descriptions. If you look at my comment on Spark of Creation you can see all the reference tracks I gave him and everything.

If you have a specific idea for what to do for the track art, I recommend including it in the additional details section, or offering to send him a document with your ideas included that he can forward to the track artist. I included a reference sketch and reference images for everything utilized in the track art, the idea of the Hakkero being pierced by Yuffie's Shuriken and the Materia & Star Danmaku falling were all in my original reference sketch for instance, but he changed the Master Spark to be coming out of the Hakkero itself which looks better than my initial plans.

Bowser VS Eggman seems to be the most likely. Mario VS Kirby as another possible contender if BowEgg doesn't appear for some reason.


Since a few users has mentioned some...lewd verses and I am going to feel embarrassed asking this, would DEATH BATTLE ever feature an ecchi, hentai and/or pornography character/series on the show? Sounds stupid, but there are a few hentai/**** verses that surprisingly has a few VS viable/combat feats and abilities that might be interesting to see in battle. Problem is...well, the series they come from is graphic sex and might conflict with Youtube's guidelines (not sure on RT however) but DB has featured series that had fanservice, nudity and sexual references/content before (Kill La Kill, Elfin Lied, Fatal Fury with Mai and Hecrules origin in Greek Mythology).

Having otherwise normal franchises that contain sexual references or content before is one thing, that's just an aspect of life, but having a purely hentai/pornographic in nature verse? Absolutely not. Wouldn't fly by guidelines standards and frankly I doubt they'd even want to touch any of the verses or that any of them would even be popular enough to be worth bringing on.

Also yeah, while most people in Versus don't really seem to care for Mario v Kirby, its a very popular casual matchup and DB has expressed interest in it via the cast, so it could likely happen.

Like when I got one of my applications accepted and duly paid, the waiting game starts. I know this is going to be done like in 8 months because of the queue.

And... Does that also mean he needs some extra time buffers for the next batch? Like today is Sept 22 or 23 and if we assume he opens his application period for batch 6 tomorrow it would still take another 8 months to produce and launch the new batch.

Brandon probably wont be opening for a little while longer, I have no idea when he plans to tbh. Considering he took emergency comms in April that had a wait period of 8 months, we may still be a few months out tbh.
