Part 6 is not in suggested media for Johnathan, which gives a feeling that JoJo may not have scaling to feat JoJo performed in Part 6 to which The World/DIO was scaled in Diocard.
Maybe Johnathan still will have speed scaling due to part 3 being used.
(Or Part 1-3 are used purely because all of them does have hamon while other parts doesn't)

Because 90% of what Magneto does against high tiers is hax, he's mostly an X-Men villain and X-Men are weak as ****, and he has antifeats. There was a fairly recent CRT and not enough feats for scaling were found, don't assume there's no thought going into the ratings.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly, the fight felt pretty short between character's that can essentially do anything and everything plus the outcome kinda feels like a cop-out imo.
It has to be 3D, so it can be seen as an animation redemption after the infamous Thor Vs Vegeta DBX.
