Any MUs you know would slap as episodes, but wouldn't feel any hype for if it was announced? Cause I feel this for a ton of the MUs I see suggested.

Well IMHO Marie vs Weather Report does not slap so it would not be felt with hype. (Esp. when/after everyone witnesses the executions of P5 Joker on Giogio and Adachi on Kira)
However, this is a different story if Marie vs Yggdrasil (Digimon) or Nami vs Weather Report is announced.
... Hold it - One Piece vs Jojo will more likely create hype and a slapping episode - esp. with "enhancements" from Hershel Lousyton and Liam Swan.
As long as an incarnation of Megatron is found such that he is not "too big" against Frieza compared to Kirby vs Majin Buu (talking animation viewpoint not verdict), we are good enough.
Either is overdue.

SMH how he lost to Rainbow Dash if that is legit and canon. More so if he scale in any fraction from Megatron.

Most of my most wanted are this, since either one or both characters are too niche and/or obscure and I feel only a small few would get excited/hyped at all, despite having some pretty cool potential moments.
Bloom VS Will Vandom - Both have tons of material, feats and abilities they can toy around with. Could play strength into their magical abilities and cool special effects and the girls would have decent banter potential but both of their series are pretty much forgotten as W.I.T.C.H. is dead and Winx Club still goes on but has little to no fanfare. I can see only the Winx and W.I.T.C.H. fandom getting any hype for this.
Vert Wheeler VS Mike Chilton - Thanks to their experience with DEATH RACE, I can see them using their car abilities and weapons fairly well and can get creative with the tracks and setpieces for the vehicles to drive around, such as looping tracks, giant ramps and maybe a collapsing falling debris. Plus, the music potential with gritty metal and rock music with some eurobeats would be sweet. Sadly, Motorcity is short-lived and forgotten (and could lack material as a result) and while BF5 fared much better, it's also pretty much forgotten and I don't really see any huge fanbase for these two shows.
Mystique Sonia VS Cerebella - Already said it would slap if they went hard with the hand drawn animation and dynamic style of Skullgirls. Seeing Mystique Sonia in that kind of animation would be sweet. That said, Hero 108 is extremely niche and Skullgirls is relatively more popular but still niche compared to other fighting games and indie games. Hero 108 only has a handful of fans though the Skullgirls community might be hyped to see Cerebella in.
Tari VS Miko Kubota might be a semi exception. The episode could allow both girls to fight through different gaming worlds/verse either through a glitch or something else, giving them various arsenals to play and serves as a neat homages to their in universe game. Both girls with their contrasting personalities would make for a great dialog banter. And as Glitchy shows, the music track potential is there. If revealed, I feel Tari would get more hype since she's a SMG4/Glitch Production character in DEATH BATTLE that hasn't had a new web show rep since RWBY and Red VS Blue. And SMG4 is pretty popular nowadays. Miko on the other hand, had a brief stint of popularity thanks to Glitch Techs announcement of cancellation and then airing with Miko getting some love and support

I think Giorno vs Joker could potentially be finale worthy for DB. Jojo is increasingly proving itself to be a massive money maker, and GioJoker is one of the current biggest versus MUs out there right now. Kratos vs Dante could also potentially qualify for that status as well, being one of the current biggest gaming MUs out there, DMC surging in popularity due to DMC5 & memes, and Kratos being Sony's golden child right now.
Otherwise my other two guesses for Finale-Worthy MUs would be Simon vs Kyle and Galactus vs Unicron really, which are definitely capeshit MUs lol.

They screwed up with not doing Giorno vs Joker sooner imo. While I still think it would draw in a crazy amount of views, they definitely missed their peak window to do the episode.
Also, I don't know if I'm strong enough to go through Ben vs Hal round 2 in terms of online discourse.

I like simple connections themes, just as long as the core theme is good.
Tho as much as I'd like Frieza, vs Megatron might just be too much. I mean, they sure do feed people to DC, why not DBZ too? But it is unfortunate Megatron would get just fed to Frieza.

Theye didn't use Japanese Optimus or his FTL stuff, though if they had it would've been overkill.
I think using the Japanese g1 Megatron is much better than regular american megs against frieza

If they were willing to bother with alternate versions of Megatron, they’d probably just go with that alternate Megatron Nemesis suggested.
That being said, it would be fitting for them to use Japanese G1 Megatron, since Frieza is also a Japanese product.

Cybertron Trilogy Megatron vs Frieza:
• Both are galactic conquerers, with similar colour schemes (Later on, in Transformers: Cybertron, Megatron turned into Galvatron, he had the exact same colours as Frieza), who lead armies to subjugate and take over the universe for their own gain.
• Both speak in affluent and fancy ways, blinding their sadistic cruelty and desire to see everyone suffer before them.
• Both are more willing to slaughter innocents and their own men on a whim.
• Both are so selfish that they would freely kill their entire army if it means getting more for themselves (with Megatron/Galvatron was going to kill his entire army until they rebelled against him and Frieza killing all the Saiyans when they were working for him).
• Both are more than willing to throw down by those empowered by the power of gods to achieve their goal.
• Both came back from death three times (Frieza after Namek, returning in Resurrection F and returning for the Tournament of Power and Megatron after Armada, his unexplained return after Energon and willing himself back to life after his collapsed in on itself in Cybertron)
• Both of their willpower is so high that after suffering humiliating defeats at the hands of Trunks and Metroplex, the two would through sheer force of will achieve shiny metallic super forms that significantly increase their power without any precedence said beforehand that such a thing was possible for them.
• And both have attacks with “Death” in the name, with the two both even having a move called the Death Cannon.
Japanese G1 Megatron: Silver alien tyrants with golden forms.
Clearly, the Megatron with the golden form is a much more thematic MU for Frieza.

Again, the only obstacle against Frieza vs Megatron happening is the search for the smallest size of the Megatron (shortest version canon height 6 m iirc, a version which is shorter than 3 m will be perfect) in canon against Frieza which is short even by normal human standard.

And this also trumped Kirby vs Majin Buu as the biggest "david versus goliath" matchup except the goliath wins.
(Again afaik, Piccolo may win against Game Knuckles if not fed to MMH, Hit may win against Sakuya Izayoi if the dream dimension thing is not universe sized nor is Amitabha scaling even considered, Moro claps Tirek if MLP continues to get downplayed or never tapping universe level... Android 17 still loses to Victor Stone.)

After watching the gameplay video of Astro Boy: Omega Factor, I feel that Astro Boy from that game continuity (sprite from that game is used in Astro Boy VS Mega Man) can outstats (Defeated a being which threats the Earth, Solar System travel) and outsmart (Managed to figure out how to time travel) Mega Man. And it is finally Video Game VS Video Game.

For Astro Boy's durability feat in Astro Boy: Omega Factor, it is in the true ending, where Astro Boy rushes to the Sun to stabilize it. The Sun is previously destabilized by a specific matter and Astro Boy has to bring the matter which can stabilized the aforementioned matter with another matter. But since Astro Boy is revived by The Phoenix, it is likely not reliable. Though, The Phoenix grants Astro Boy time travel and Resurrection. It is interesting that Astro Boy with that sprite can kill Mega Man. Or you can say Mega Man is Astro Boy.
For the canonity, this game is more like "Osamu Tezuka Characters Crossover" and should not be considered as Astro Boy canon. And Astro Boy main profiles seriously need a revision. It seems that neither me nor you have decent knowledge in Astro Boy.
