The view is somewhat disputed since the restrictive rod along with other things would always remind something controversial IRL. For example, Wukong Biography written by Jin Hezai follows "suppression of Sun Wukong" approach.

By the way, it seems that the OST will be released (and G1 blog).

Remilia Scarlet vs Demitri Maximoff (Touhou vs Darkstalkers)
Connections: Two arrogant & egotistical videogame vampires who due to to being vampires were vulnerable to sunlight, so they wanted to overcome this weakness (Remilia wanted to block out the sun with the Scarlet Mist while Demitri used his supernatural abilites and created a field to cover his castle and later would create an aura that would allow him to go out ona cloudy day). They both have ties to Dracula (Remilia herself asserts that she is a literal descendant of Dracula but in reality she's lying, while Demitri's date and place of birth are shortly after the defeat of Count Dracula and the land that Dracula once ruled). Both are one of the major rivals of the Main Character (Morrigan & Reimu) but are always a few steps behind them in power. They also have human women who help them stay down to earth who they do appreciate (Sakuya & pick one for Demitri). Their most major opponent (Yukari & Morrigan) rules the dimension which they inhabit (Gensokyo and Makai) and is someone who they had a past history with, before the series began (The Vampire Incident, which Remilia caused, is theorized to be stopped by Yukari while Demitri fought and lost to Belial Aensland, Morrigan's father). Both also went up against Villians who were from the outside the normal scope of the series who stomped all of the main characters (Yorihime & Pyron).

When we SAY there is a 60% chance of one character winning this death battle, we actually have already taken the 40% uncertainty.

Sadly (or luckily depending on where you stand) we can still see how Scarlet Witch vs Zatanna goes.

Update: The OST is available for people outside Australia and New Zealand.

Is it just me, the early part sounds more eastern but the late part sounds more western.
