Let's play a game:
What do all 4 of these characters have in common?
unknown.png
British?

KOS-MOS: Please... I am 5-D, possibly 6-D with this statement. Take that away and I am nerfed to a level so low.
SMT/Persona characters: We are 1-A for similar reasons.
Arceus: I am finally scratching 5-D by transcending space and time.
I never said it was true, in fact it isn’t really. But don’t try to shoot down his arguments by bringing up bad scaling in other verses. If those characters are 5D or 4D than they can be rejected or upgraded, but that’s the wiki. If you wanna use actual reasons you can, don’t just bring up different verses.
I also don’t know anything about those verses except a lil bout Pokémon.

Where did you hear that
I have heard that it is from the comic but (disclaimer) I have no scans in hand

Volume 6: Kaneda

As Kaneda and the bikers launch their assault on the stadium, Tetsuo returns from his battle with Kei. As his powers continue to grow, Tetsuo's body begins involuntarily morphing, and his cybernetic arm is destroyed as his original arm regrows. He then faces Yamada's team, but absorbs their biological attacks and temporarily regains control of his powers. Tetsuo kills Yamada and the commandos; he also eludes the Colonel's attempts to kill him by guiding SOL with a laser designator. Kaneda confronts Tetsuo, and the two begin to fight; they are joined by Kei. However, the brawl is interrupted when the Americans try to carpet bomb Neo-Tokyo and destroy the city outright with their laser satellite, FLOYD. Tetsuo flies into space and brings down FLOYD, causing it to crash down upon the aircraft carrier, killing the fleet admiral and one of the scientists.

After the battle, Tetsuo tries to resurrect Kaori, a girl he loved who was killed in the battle. He succeeds to a small degree but is unable to maintain focus. He retreats to Akira's cryogenic chamber beneath the stadium, carrying her body. Kaneda and his friends appear to fight Tetsuo once more, but his powers transform him into a monstrous, amoeba-like mass resembling a fetus, absorbing everything near him. Tetsuo pulls the cryogenic chamber above-ground and drops it onto Lady Miyako's temple. Lady Miyako dies while defying Tetsuo, after guiding Kei into space to fire upon him with SOL. Kei's attack awakens Tetsuo's full powers, triggering a psychic reaction similar to Akira's. With the help of Kiyoko, Masaru, and the spirit of Takashi, Akira can cancel out Tetsuo's explosion with one of his own. They are also able to free Kaneda, who was trapped in Tetsuo's mass, and he witnesses the truth about the Espers' power as they, alongside Akira and Tetsuo, ascend to a higher plane of existence.

The United Nations sends forces to help the surviving parties of Neo-Tokyo. Kaneda and his friends confront them, declaring the city's sovereignty as the Great Tokyo Empire and warning them that Akira still lives. Kaneda and Kei meet up with the Colonel and part ways as friends. As Kaneda and Kei ride through Neo-Tokyo with their followers, they are joined by ghostly visions of Tetsuo and Yamagata. They also see the city shedding its ruined façade, returning to its former splendor.

This may mean, at the end of the manga, depending on reader interpretation:
A) Tetsuo Shima actually transcended to extradimensional godhood and sent a ghost avatar to aid Kaneda in repairing Neo-Tokyo.
Or
B) Tetsuo Shima died and only an image of a ghost lived in Kaneda as people of "Great Tokyo Empire" repairs Neo-Tokyo over time.

Remember, in the past, they accepted Crona as being stronger and faster than Venom and that the Donny Cates Venom is temporary power boost with external help.

Another statement about "higher level" hax and powers:

In fact one may argue even Death Battle crew may sort of buy universe level Tetsuo Shima at his absolute peak: (at preview of Tetsuo Shima)

Wiz: (ahem) Tetsuo's main ability is his constantly increasing psionic energy, growing more and more powerful over time. This is due to Tetsuo's link to, quote, the memories of the universe, end quote. It's weird.

DNF 2001 getting leaked has me hoping we get Duke v Lo Wang v Caleb even more.
You means that Korean game? If so, I feel that the upcoming fighting game should be considered as alternative canon to the original Korean MMORPG.

It is one of the reason why vs debating is controversial since different interruptions would affect the outcome.

The anime film version says that
Tetsuo Shima was just taken to another world. Screw godhood or death - he was just taken away to another world literally.

Anyway unless the crew actually buys 5-D Akira, Tetsuo Shima was screwed against Magneto. But I am not so certain whether another Carnage vs Lucy or Venom vs Crona would happen again. Or Max would finally avenge for his two abducted/rescued/adopted children.

The higher plane part is confirmed by the author, it was stated. The original comic issues say he transcended to a higher plane.

I mean even if Tetsuo became some higher dimensional being at the end of the story that feels like a Schrodinger Alucard situation where it wouldn’t be considered for the fight. Plus I’m sure there’s some comics BS Magneto has to counter it anyway.
Yeah but tetsuo is facing someone with multiple decades of lore, you gotta give him some leeway to make it just a lil bit more fair.

No. Tetsuo loses to everyone but Mob, and maybe Lucy. Magneto, Mewtwo, and Shinji, all three being his biggest, wreck his shit.
Tetsuo wacks shinji and Lucy. It would be a stomp. He can literally act like arismael and hijack an eva. He has soul manipulation so idk if Fanta would work on him. Lucy caps at like moon-planetary which tetsuo can literally make quick work of. He also speed blitz’s Lucy and Shinji.

Telekinesis probably also bypasses AT fields since its not a physical object so there’s nothing stopping him from literally tearing the Eva open and making shinji explode
