There really aren't many fair matchups for this guy and the possibly fair opponents like Sub-Zero have already appeared in DB and are unlikely to return.
Which saddens me cuz I really like the guy.
Maybe Doctor Octopus.
Both are team leaders of mainly criminals, not villains (Sinister Six/Rogues).
Both are normal humans who use their equipment to be a challenge to their heroes.
Both have a code of conduct they strictly adhere to (Cold's no superhero killing, no drugs, no killing women and children rules/Doc Ock being a gentleman to Aunt May and the elderly in general)
Both are genius inventors.
Cold becoming a metahuman and Ock becoming Superior Spider Man are kinda similar maybe?
Both wear some funky eyewear.

Cold appears in CW’s Arrowverse (a main protagonist in Legends of Tomorrow and a recurring villain in The Flash). He also appears in a bunch animated media (Young Justice, Justice League Unlimited, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, ect) and is a playable character in Injustice 2.

*Both fell in love with human women (Bulma Briefs and Jane Foster).

*Both were extremely arrogant and egotistical until they were humbled and learnt humanity. Thor being made unworthy by Odin and Vegeta's whole character arc from the saiyan saga to DBS.

*They fathers were warmongering conquerors (Odin and King Vegeta).

*Both have fought against deities.

*Both use godly powers and energies.

*Both are members of well known teams (The Avengers and Z-Fighters).

*Both have died and come back to life (more than once).

There's probably more connections I'm forgetting but that's all from the top of my head right now.

I think Popeye was the most fun/interesting of Saitama's other MUs. The rest are galactic stomps of unreasonable degrees and don't have much in connections either. While Poptama isn't the most connection filled match, its dynamic is a lot more fun imo in Saitama being a literal brick fighting a toon force god which allows for more creative scenarios, choreography, and banter and more, as well as letting Saitama finally get the fight he's been looking for.

Wow considered me impressed, the All-father's profile has received some major updates since last time I checked (It was even more barebones than his MCU and Cartoon counterparts at one point).
 
If no current Thor stuff gets buffed, atm Vegeta might be close in stats.

They had Marvel uni at 1 trillion LY in length, and DB at 13x 93 billion which, oh? Is 1203 billion, so roughly 1,2 trillion (I might have missed some volume scaling shenanigans tho). They redacted SSJ1-3 multipliers, but standard SSB still adds x50 and Blue Evolved is compared to KK, so add x20 too. Thats x1000, but again if I recall volume scaling might beat.

Speed was at 2 quintillions for Thor, but Gokek Black ep made DBS also get Quintillions. They wont add SSB multipliers to speed, but maybe x20 for SSBE?

Talking it like this might feel like Vegeta has a shot, but comics are easy to break. Be it thought LYs, volume scaling or simply Odinforce, Vegeta would die to those. I almost hate how otherwise Vegeta is surprisingly competitive.

also helps that Vegeta got some decent abilities from the manga as well

They could always change their mind on the multipliers. Personally I found Ultra's reasoning weak.

Probably, but I can't seem to find a scan where he does.

I believe the Odin Force can be taken from Thor, and it was actually sealed away from him in his King Thor run.

That being said, once he was conscious, Odin did successfully undo Infinity's siphoning of his power, so Thor might scale to that, but he probably shouldn't outside of his Rune form.
 
While researching Vegeta I noticed his limited supply of Ki is a weakness. According to the DBS manga he requires sufficient Ki reserves to access his Super Saiyan Transformations (i.e. his big multipliers that make him a 2727272626x Universal), so Thor’s energy succ is a potential win con.

I’m expecting another speed buff for Thor due to the Ten Realms feats, so a Hax+Speed combo could bag Thor a win.

Succ should be countered by Vegeta's siphoning. Plus Thor doesn't use that till later... though this is turning into less of a discussion thread, and more of a vs one.

Forced Spirit Fission requires Vegeta to inflict damage, so it’s off the table if Vegeta can’t land a hit. So I guess that depends on who they give the speed edge.

Thankfully they don’t do multiplier stacking on speed so it probably won’t be Vegeta lol
