Yes, but via subliminal messages which exist in real life and are nothing like what Marvel telepaths use.
Also, from her scans it seems that her resistance is mostly for snapping out of applied mindhax as opposed to being unaffected entirely. Which doesn't help her because the snail process is irreversible once it starts unless she kills WR or ejects his Stand disc.

A far more plausible one is Yhwach vs Valkorion. Both are the emperor’s of a secret empire, both took an L/got their initial invasion plans c**ked by the OG badass (chronologically speaking) of their verse (Yama and Revan), got off’d by their kids (Yhwach considers Ichigo and Uryu his sons), wanted to **** up the universe/cosmology (realm merge and galaxy wide ritual of Nathema) forcing every other faction in the setting who were at each other’s throats not that long ago to team up (Sith and Jedi, and Gotei, Arrancar, Fullbringer and Quincy), absorb the souls/powers of others to become stronger (ritual of Nathema and Auswhalen/passive Almighty soul nomming), have a metric shit ton of the powers in the setting (Valkorion is a big brain boi who knows most Force Powers while Yhwach would have the powers of everyone who died in TYBW) etc.
It’s a peak matchup that can even have both characters with comparable scaling (planetary lowballs, a bunch of star to galaxy level stuff and even universal for higher end) but I’ll never get it because Bleach only shows up in DB to fight Naruto guys so Yhwach will only appear to fight Kaguya which the very thought of has me weeping tears of sorrow.

Which would be another waste, Magneto VS Accelerator not only had plenty of great connections that make this fight thematic, but its a way more fair and balanced match seeing how OP Accelerator is, while with Tetsuo it could be considered a spite match similar to The Mask VS Deadpool for how much of a stomp this is.
It would be just stupid to drop Magneto VS Accelerator, especially if the MU remain popular in the community, but then again we did get Storm VS Korra, so i wouldn't be surprise if they trully use Tetsuo against Magneto, although i still hope that they don't make the same mistake.

Well the literal best opponent for Monika is Miyuki Sone. (In fact the whole DDLC is inspired from Totono.)
Connections between Altair and Yukari Yakumo? I understand (at least in Asia) Yukari is best known for being an OP purple-clad cosmic portal spammer milf.

Danmaku using reality warpers with powers relating to the dichotomy of fiction and reality, are powered by people's belief in them, have opposing viewpoints on fictional beings, are both extremely intelligent, overconfident, and sadistic, notable for being near impossible to kill, both have lost loved ones to suicide, and have a thematic connection to trains.
There's probably other stuff but I admittedly don't remember too much from Re:Creators. Regardless, this is a lot more than what most Yukari MUs have.

Holy. Is American culture and Japanese culture like making death threats real and people taking that seriously? In Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore, the best way to alleviate a death threat is to ignore it or have a real taLk to alleviate/comfort/enlighten the threat maker.

Well I have a personal choice (can sound meh to some people): Hoopa. Both are purple themed, both are "monsters" (youkai is monster in Nippon romanji), both are wicked, both sit at around cosmic levels, and both spam portals. With some contrasts: one is perceived to be a problem maker while one as a problem solver. Hoopa is significantly smaller than Yukari in confined form But much larger in unbound form.

Yukari vs Hoopa isn't a bad MU, I just think it doesn't have very much potential for dialogue. We already have Goro vs Machamp to satisfy any needs for a "character who taunts a lot vs character who only repeats one word" MU.
Also, I think the death threats are less of a cultural thing and more of an issue surrounding internet culture in general. Most people say things online they'd never say in real life, though I'm not really sure if it's the same way in other countries.

Vert Wheeler VS Mike Chilton (Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 VS Motorcity). Not exactly random as both drive weaponized cars so they do share a common theme. Would be cool to see a full on vehicle fight similar to Joker VS Sweth Tooth and DEATH RACE! It probably won't happen since both shows are extremely niche and irrelevant nowadays.
