Depends on which case you mean. In Mario’s case the guide says Bowser tells Mario he plans to destroy and recreate the universe while he very clearly says nothing of the sort in the actual game

Also I should mention that Sakuya is immune to time stop, cause in PoFV, if you have two Sakuya’s go against each other, when one uses her spell card and stops time, normally the opponent would freeze too, but when used against Sakuya, she’s still able to move. So it’s highly likely that Sakuya is immune to time stop, at least from people at her level of power.

Hit's timeskip literally worked on Jiren near the end of their battle before he locked him in time-cage, and Hit also just improved his time-skip to work on Goku, adapting it to him. And don't try to say he'd reached Goku's power exactly either, because after he lands a load of blows on home following a time-skip, Goku's able to land one shot on him that does just as much damage as all the punches he threw.

Yeah, I'm not really excited for it at all personally. I think Akuma had just way better and way cooler matchups. Raoh especially was a personal favorite of mine, but hell, even another Tekken matchup with someone like Kazuya probably would've been cooler.

Speed is debatable cause outside Thawne,Wally and Archie Sonic no character on the show are given immeasurable and nothing suggest Sakuya has him beat in speed in terms quantifiable feats
