Ultimate Kars kinda stomps Muzan with Hamon so potent it can melt even human parts with a tap.
Plus Kars now has not only the speed advantage but also AP by a slight margin, negating Muzan of his main advantage over base Kars

In any case, even base Kars will be immensely problematic for Muzan due to passive absorption. Ultimate Kars could even be stompy.

Depends what about it, his absorption/deconstruction would be useless as if he touches Kars, his own absorption would already be effecting Muzan, and they both have similar body control

Tanjiro has stats and skill, but doesn't resist Jonathan's mindhax.

Imo Tanjiro wins.
He can keep up with Muzan (who's 8-A, but we dont know how much weaker he got due to Shinobu's superpoison) through precog + skill, has arguably better swordplay than Jonathan ,is faster with current Stats, and while Hamon is much more versatile Jonathan is no Joseph.
Only way Jonathan wins is if he gets some Joseph scaling since "they shouldn't be too different" and gets Lightspeed reactions.
In that case Tanjiro can't touch him and will eventually be defeated by some Hamon hax exploit.

Asking: What are MUs with Hunter X Hunter that has a win for HXH beside (possibly) Meruem vs Kars? Gon likely dies to Deku, Killua dies to Akame or Black Star, Hisoka may win against Gambit, oh we have Muzan Kibutsuji die to Chrollo Lucilfer.
