That's sounds about right,unfortunately. Not only is Bowser winning, but the post-analysis/Q&A might be a disguised lecture about why Eggman (Sega Sonic in general) was never a certain level to begin with. I really don't want this episode to be tainted,it legit looks like the best 2D animated DB yet.

Nah, I don't think that they would do something like that. Even if it isn't to the same standards as we have it as, I do personally think that DB's a lot more respectful with Sonic characters compared to ass gravy like Shadow vs Mewtwo and Mario vs Sonic 2.
Hell, even having Eggman anywhere near Universal is far better than where Game Sonic has been on the show.

IDK for sure,but sometimes it seems like the system they have for research is fundamentally flawed. Do they actually have council & scrutinize each others findings,or do the others just listen to one that "knows" more about a certain IP/character & take their word for it? Shit like that is why we get Swank & Sun Disk bullshit.

I can't speak for every Sonic scholar, but I'd be okay with Bowser winning as long as Death Battle doesn't downplay Eggman or have Bowser win through wonky af arguments.
That's it: as long as they do that then I'll be okay with a Bowser W.

If they find a way to justify Bowser’s multi+ status, give him solid immeasurable speed, or match Eggman’s possible higher D stuff with matter splatter/cutout space args, then yeah.

as long as the arguments for Bowser winning makes sense and not just glazing the ****** while also downplaying Eggman stats and not give him his due I wouldn't care
