Bowser is by far the favored choice and it will be a straight up miracle for Eggman to win. Don't forget that base Wario was put at universal last Mario match while super forms being universal still hasn't been officially said by Death Battle.

One bless for Eggman is that Nemesis' prediction he said its actually debatable, so people in his group sometimes get the non-common verdicts, like Bill beating Discord. I think those folks had Madara beat Aizen & Obito beat Vader too.

Source? (I have no idea who he is). And even then, even the biggest Bowser supporters believe it's debatable and that Eggman has a chance, so I don't see this as a full Eggman support.

They mentioned Base Wario having Uni scaling was shaky. So they didn't outright buy into it, they merely alluded to it. That said, I know the crew buys into Uni-Multi high tier Sonic characters, even if they're not officially/explicitly stated in episodes yet. Just sidebars alluding to it in Shadow vs Ryuko. Still, I have an easier time believing Bowser will win the episode based on everything I know.

I like Zygarde personally. Especially since the anime gives him dialogue/banter potential for Cell to play off of, coupled with a fun fight dynamic that can show off fun form progression.

Metal make sense but he's so boring as a mu for cell it reeks of forcing DB vs Sonic rivalry for the sake of it also I don't see the crew having any remote interest of running back any sonic character outside Sonic
