Simple put: scaling to Scooby and seeing how much leeway the stoner can get away with in the research (fraud check).

Talonflame would be rated pseudo legendary, Moltres was basically going easy and "teaching" it throughout the fight.

Spoiler: Echoes of Wisdom

Personally I don't buy into the inevitable "All Triforce of Power level characters are multiversal" takes that are gonna start cropping up. Main villain of the game is actually the reason the golden goddesses created the universe (and accidentally like 2 million more), they made everything just to imprison him as opposed to fighting him directly to destroy him. This villain even seals the goddesses away during the events of the game. Seems to imply he's on their level...

Then he obtains the Triforce of Power (Again, just that piece) and he treats it as something mich stronger than himself and wants the other pieces because of how powerful they are and then Link and Zelda empowered by their pieces beat the shit outt them. However he also needs the full Triforce to perform... a universe level feat since he can't even fully engulf the planet with his rifts even with a TOP boost, and he ecen goes as far to directly state only the power of the goddesses can turn the world into the void again.

tldr; either Ganondorf (And several versions of Link and Zelda) scale above the goddesses due the Triforce of Power alone somehow being much stronger than them, or Null isn't on their level due to endgame protrayals of him arguably not reaching planetary. At the very least should make the complete Triforce and sealing war Ganon Low 2-C

Black Doom is somehow able to affect Shadow despite being outside of time and space. He might just be cracked. (And Super Sonic could completely resist the Egg Field so Super Shadow still scales to that)

9 doesn't really fight too much properly in the film, and probably isn't even flashy enough to really keep up with Knight believably in animation sadly. But 9 has the benefit of plenty of edgekino, and being roughly similar in size.
