Heroes Cell is non entity and just a crutch to make him stronger, not a fan.
Cell is going to die to a C-List Marvel villain or Metal, but we shouldnt use Heroes just cause it makes him stronger.

As for martial arts Kazuya held his own against Jin using 3 styles on him back to back, let alone Jin being skilled from fights against old masters too, Kazuya could keep up the very least
