Cosmic Fear Garou vs Meta-Cooler (Not Grace)

That would be true, but the thing is that when Cooler will absorb Garou's data, he'd get his AD and copying abilities, which will mean the Coolers will evolve alongside Garou at the same rate, which would prevent Garou from destroying the Big Gete Star so easily, especially if Cooler drains his energy

Cooler would also be much stronger if he absorb Garou's power and that will mean it'll take more power to destroy him

Garou has superhuman stamina. Meta-Cooler have limitless stamina. Garou ain't outlasting him at all
 
By the way cooler’s “power mimicry” is still featless when it comes to copying AD or RE so I wouldn’t put too much thought into it regardless, considering the argument for him copying it was something along the lines of “cooler has been shown to copy abilities, therefore he can copy Garou’s RE and AD”
 
CRT with power mimicry accepted: ez win for Meta Cooler
no CRT= either high diff for Garou or Cooler loses by crappy energy absorption after beating him.

It is also from copying Goku as he got his data. In DB the dna/data also copies traits such as the zenkai (case in point, Cell), as well as explaining why Cooler grows after regenerating specifically like the Saiyans
 
Goku and Vegeta's willpower and concious effort allowed them to give Cooler more energy to the point it'd hurt him. There's nothing suggesting Garou could/would do the same thing. If it even comes to that point.

And regardless of whether or not Cooler could copy Garou's AD, he has some impressive AD himself. If Garou grows stronger and stomps a bunch of Coolers, they would simply regenerate and grow stronger too. Now multiply that by 10,000,000,000 Coolers.

Garou's AD isn't a trait that is in his race.

Garou quite literally has exponential AD and you’re saying he wouldn’t overload cooler with power? Lol. He could also just keep copying cooler’s power that he tries to absorb and eventually it gets too much for him.
