Resisting durability negation is not a catch-all term for every single form of dura negate. That would be a NLF. Someone who resist durability negation doesn't suddenly resist every single form of it across the site.

Except Garou dura neg is a shitty version that only damage internal organs, heck it can be resisted by having high enough durability as seen with Saitama. The version that Mira resists destroy on a cellular level.

You are saying like mira isn't skilled himself remind you he is comparable to cc goku in skills plus info analysis would already give him an idea how dangerous garou is so he would proceed to transform and kill him

Garou is still more skilled based on their profiles, even if Mira is comparable to CC Goku, and Garou would still copy Mira's level of power

Mira can absolutely take a beating from Garou due to possessing DNA of beings like Piccolo, Cell and Buu give him great level of regeneration, and grow stronger from that due to having Saiyans DNA.
The longer the fight goes, Mira will be more likely using his Mind Hax or transform into SSJ which give him 50* AP and speed boost, blitzing Garou before he can copy.

in this case it's because they are far beyond the baseline of 4-B but arent high enough to reach 4-A, like wise Mira's regeneration does not have any specified higher degree so this is unuseable

A crt would need to be made to upgrade the regeneration so Mira would have the same level of regeneration as them

I've considered sometimes why no one haas done a Megaman.EXE vs Garou battle, but it's probably a stomp for either of them, dunno Megaman.exe's haxes though
