Okay so- the Watts and Force required to overcome the drag of a fluid while moving through it is given by-
PowerDrag = ForceDrag*Velocity = 1/2*Density of Fluid*Velocity^3*Cross Section Area*CoefficientDrag (Source)
And I've seen this equation used in a couple calcs before (here and here)...
Lifting strength = amount of Mass that a individual can lift.
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Lifting_Strength
Mass is dimensionless and so treated same for all dimensions of reality, there is no such thing as aleph 1, aleph 2 amount of mass as has been described by our FAQ. At best you'll...
So yeah WWE LS do be in a bad state right now
Essentially to shorten it we scale wayyyyy to many people to the “Strongmen” of the franchise when really the only people even remotely comparable to them are each other. I always want to point out how the normal Wrestlers have some pretty major...
In preparation for Bayonetta 3, I'm planning on making a CRT that will address minor revisions and propose a few minor additions, so far I'm almost set to post but one thing I'm confused by is some of the LS values, while I think the Infinite and Class K ratings make perfect sense, what are the...
The long awaited revision for the Toriko verse is finally starting. For this revision, i will only be focusing on pre timeskip, so any post timeskip questions will have to wait until I post that thread. I have a sandbox here with all the scaling and new justifications for all relevant...
Continued from here.
So, our border between stellar and multi-stellar LS is based on the biggest star we could find when we decided the value.
The problem is that the star in question, R136a1, got new measurements and it seems the 315 solar masses end that we use doesn't seem like the preferred...
Since it's basically agreed that most Tier 6 DCEU characters don't fully scale to Superman since they are significantly weaker than him, I don't think they should scale to Superman's Class G and "possibly Class Z" lifting strength ratings either.
It is probably better if they scale to other...
So there's this guy in a verse.
He's stated to have so much strength that someone with his strength may never reappear in humankind. I'm making this guy's profile, and I'm like, should I just make his LS superhuman or Peak Human scaling to the world's strongest weightlifting record...
What is the justification for class 5 lifting strength for the low-mid tiers? I was wondering because I couldn't find a justification for it at all. The best thing I found was on Daki's profile which was referring to a feat that Tanjiro did. However, this link lead me to the main lifting...
I have a certain feat in which a character throw an object (with a stated weight) at certain speed (the speed of the character was stated in the same scene) and with that I calculated the kinetic energy using a calculator, I saw before that one can get LS from kinetic energy so I want to know...
Why is a character who resisted gravity through lifting strength resistance to gravity manipulation?
Why are those unaffected by changes in gravity not given density manipulation?
I feel like Resistance to gravity manipulation shouldn’t exist. We have stuff like power nullification, density...
Character A is only Town level but has Class T lifting strength. Character B has Island level durability but only Class 100 lifting strength. They are humanoid.
Assuming B provides no resistance against A, can A rip off the limbs of B with far superior lifting strength?
Hello guys, I recently posted about how the main character in Megaton Rainfall, was easily able to lift two 25 story buildings along with several cars using his levitation ability. Shown in this video.
I know that the view of the buildings isn’t particularly good, but I was hoping someone could...
Hello guys, so I was replaying Megaton Rainfall and I noticed on one of the missions, there is an alien that you fight that has the ability to lift buildings into the air and drop them back down.
The Offspring's levitation ability can easily prevent two large buildings from falling from the...
So, after nearly two years of frequenting the wiki, I just realized what the Letter Classes on the Lifting Strength Chart stood for-
So Class 1 goes up to 1 ton, Class 5 up to 5 tons, Class 10 up to 10, Class 25 up to 25, Class 50 to 50, and Class 100 goes to 100 tons, but then it goes to Class...
Back at it with another lifting strength feat for a non-Heavy class. This time we are looking at the Spy’s Ambassador, which https://www.teamfortress.com/sniper_vs_spy/day06_english.htm (Valve)
claims to be 8 pounds. Lifting 8 pounds might not be very impressive on its own, but to have the...
In light of a recent VS Thread, I was informed that regardless of a creature's weight, if its LS is unknown then anyone would be able to pin it down due to "Standards".
And I frankly think that is absolutely ridiculous.
So as an example, if a character has a weight of 100 tons but an unknown...
Dragon Ball characters usually don't have many LS feats but that doesn't mean they're physically weak.
Ki blasts can destroy/vaporize objects in contact but they can also exert pressure and move objects with that pressure:
And the more energy they have, the stronger the force they can exert...
Dragon Ball (Anime) characters should be Class P or higher with this feat.
Dragon Ball (Manga) characters should be Class M or higher with this feat.
Piccolo's Class G feat shouldn't be used since it was done via Telekinesis.
In this thread, we have finally concluded how we will revise the Lifting Strength and Beyond Dimensional Existence page after the tiering revision.
1. The conclusions are that "Irrelevant", as a Lifting Strength ranking, will be removed. That means that all profiles listing Irrelevant Lifting...
Small lifting strength update.
Anime Cell physically stopped the momentum of an asteroid, before blowing it to pieces.
According to the Lifting Strength page, "The weight of small moons or small asteroids" is Class P.
So Perfect Cell tier characters and above from DBZ Toei and DGBT should...
As we know, certain characters like Superman can pull masses as heavy as earth, and even move the moon around (to create nighttime or eclipse) despite it being gravitationally pulled. How do we calculate those feats? Are they greater or worse than simply lifting the masses?
We have the Hashira vs The clash of clans troops (Excluding Yoriichi cause he solos the everyone he one tapped prime muzan.)
Speed is = and we're using the STRONGEST forms. (Meaning they have see through and marks if they had it when they were alive)
Lets start off with the Hashira!
So...

So I have come across this calculation which seemingly uses a formula never used before here. It tries to calculate Rocket Thrust then scale it to lifting strength via being able to hold onto a side of a rocket as it takes off, but would this be considered legit?
Don't get me wrong, while the highest Deadlift World Record is still 545 kilograms (I think), the actual highest amount of force generating during the 'Clean and Jerk' part of the lift is 8,000 Newtons, making it Class 1.
It's similar to how the speed of Usain Bolt's World Record Run is lower...
Okay, I'm aware this has been a site standard for several years and all, but this has catched my attention...
In the Calculations page, the following is said:
Meaning that we don't use LS to calculate AP because per definition it should be higher (unquantificably so by default of course given...
I'm going to try and make this short. Let's not downplay Moon Knight. His lifting strength on his page was put down as "At least Class 1", which is likely due to his scaling to the other 9-A characters of Marvel Comics and the fact that he himself has broken people's bones. However, I think this...
So, after taking a deeper look at the concepts of irrelevant speed and strength on this website, there's a few things that's bothering me.
I think the two should be renamed to Absolute Speed and Absolute Lifting Strength. Reason being is that the term "irrelevant" is another way of saying...
Dragon Ball Toei: Lifting Strength scaling
Kid Gohan = 1.12510471e+15 kg (Class P)
Saiyan Saga Goku = 1.12510471e+15 kg
KKx4 Goku = 4.5004188e+15 kg
Ginyu Saga Goku = 4.5004188e+15 kg
KKx10 Goku = 4.5004188e+16 kg
Post-Zenkai Goku = 4.5004188e+16 kg
SSJ Goku = 2.2502094e+18 kg (Class E)...
The question this thread poses is simple: do we scale large sized characters to their own weight? It has been brought up increasingly of late, and I believe it warrants discussion.
For my own opinion: I believe they should scale, with some requirements. For example, a character unable to move...
As the size like this makes Drogon around 1169307 kg due to what was shown there and dragons might need to lift up their entire body weight when they fly.
Like Push ups, Pull-Ups , etc .... .
For example: I can do Handstand Push ups and I weigh 100 kg.
Or
exercises shown with this video from calistenics Movement:
I'm curious if a battle can be determined through incap via lifting strength through TK
As in if Character A's AP is 7-A and their TK gives them Class T lifting power against Character B who's AP is 6-A, but has Class M lifting power. Speed is more or less equal and neither is really hax'd...
This is to be continued from here.
Introduction
Two years ago, we made a major decision: we were going to revise the tiering system and refit it to be based more on math. As a result, not only did many characters have to be readjusted to fit the new framework, but multiple powers and even a...
