Since immortality and acausality has types, why ee don't have?
IMO, ee should have at least three types:
physical erasure - destruction of matter (user Kenshiro)
standard existence erasure - destruction of matter, soul and mind (user Beerus)
conceptual existence erasure - destruction on...
Some have brought forward the idea of merging the two pages, however I mostly disagree with this.
EE is not the only application of Void Manip. Oftentimes in fiction nothingness is treated as a sort of element, that can be pardoxcially interacted with by user like a physical substance...
Caster (Gilgamesh)
Archer(F/SN)
Rules:
In-character
Base Archer
Archer has Rin as Master
Caster has a comparable Master
Battle takes place here:
Starting distance: 300m
So there is this thing that is quite common within the community and that is resistance is always applicable. So Reisistance to Power Nullification will always stop Power Nullification and Resistance to EE will always stop EE.
Note:Im gonna throw tiers out the window here. Everything i say will...
Apparently reversing time to a point it erases someone's existence counts as existence erasure
https://youtu.be/eC3F-MikULo?t=1138
Grandfather Spider was going to reverse time back to the first world and erase everyone's existence...
Well, a things is still in debate for a while so i need to create a thread about it:
Saikou and Me Have had a debate about the existence Erasure, the current problem is he said that the term Existence significate only the body and not the soul/mind ect... he sid that it's accepted in the...
So, this ones a little strange. What resistances do you get for resisting an ability that does multiple things at once? For instance if you resist causality erasure, then do you get CM or EE resistance? Or, would you get both, since one ability (CM) is being used to induce the effects of another...
Would reducing the undead to dust count as existence erasure or something else? Or is just... .killing them Theoratically you're killing something that is already dead so I'd assume it's at least some sort of an ability
We treat it as Existence Erasure based on a single statement- that objects vanish "into non-being, which is to say, everything". (non-being means a state of non-existence, but how it means "everything" is beyond me)
However, there are several reasons which indicate that it's not EE:
Bill uses...
So, SCP-2722 was retconned in the same way I've explained for The Hateful star. It seems like a rewrite was published under SCP-2117, so I'm going to get feats and abilities from that page, and make an update page on my sandbox for the The SCPS Solidarity.
Do note that the new file is now part...
Basically EE is a complete destruction of both body and soul right? So, if someone has resisted an existence erasure does that mean they also can resist matter destruction/atomization and soul destruction?
What exactly are the qualifications for this ability?
"The user of this ability is capable of turning targets to nothing. This can range from only turning the matter of the target to nothing to also turning things like its energy, mind, soul, space, time, concept or even more fundamental...
It's a question that I started to ask myself in a lot of threads I came upon:
Does being an Abstract Entity/Conceptual Being grant you some level of protection against certain hax (not hax of other conceptual beings or of people who have actually demonstrated to effect such entities)?
I mean...
So, if a being is stated to be a emptiness and is nothing, and is capable of erasing something in a specific way. It "x"'s something, leaving it non-existent, and strips it of it's true self, annihalating it's matter, knowledge, and understanding, and makes them "not-them". Is this a...
A long time ago, I heard people said that Kirby is resistence to Hakai. But then I realized that Hakai is Tier 3 erasure, while Kirby is Tier 4. Also this question is applied to any kind of Tier 3 erasure, not just Hakai
A while ago, type 5 immortality was changed from Perfect Immortality reserved for tier 0 characters to Deathless Immortality. It was said that we would make an eleventh type for tier 0 characters, but that never happened. I say it's high time we do so. Even this article lies by saying that no...
I've been thinking on Mid-Godly and Law Manipulation's Erasure.
So say, if their erasure is, puts a specific law/rule that straight up prevents a being from existing. Could a Mid-Godly regenerate from being prevented from existing via that law?
I am aware that a statement about EE is often required but every fiction we remember different terms, so I thought, can the term "disappear" mean EE? I guess it depends on the context too
Shouldn't Goku Black have Goku's resistance to existence erasure and empathic manipulation for the same reasons he has resistances of time stop and electricity manipulation?
This might be a silly question but meh, as stated, how would be our universe without numbers?
What could happen, if someone erase the concept of numbers (Aside from not studying math anymore), if the answer is to obvious, then a shot this thread directly to the head.
Also, what Tier could be...
Existence Erasure is way higher level than just destory the atoms\cells\molecules,there is a case when someone capable of resist to Existence Erasure but not to Matter Manipulation?
Let just say we have a character who has an attack named "Absolute Destruction". Should it land, it will "Destroy all of the Time" that the victim possesses, has possessed, will ever possess and the victim don't even possessed. This essentially will "destroy" every aspects of the victim...
So, my question is:
┬┐What are the differences between Void, Nothingness, Non-Existence in Manipulation, Destruction, Alteration, Creation, Embodiment?
I get confused between these terms now :/
I honestly don't know. I know they oneshot Guardians--who are controlled by Ganon--rather than deleting them, but I don't know how they work on the main antagonist himself. If he can, he should have resistance to Void manipulation/existence erasure, but as I've stated twice, I don't know. Though...
The Problem
There seems to be a misconception about Destruction and Void manipulation. These misunderstandings has cause people to believe that erasing something from existence is Void manipulation. But this is incorrect because Void manipulation is strictly the power over voids, nothingness...
Or does Destruction and Void Manipulation actually bypass Acausality or maybe one of them bypasses Acausality or Acausality bypasses one of those abilities?
Thanks for reading.
