That is not the topic of this thread, and the whole "mental agony applying to beings who consider pain a good thing, forcing them to experience legit debilitating pain" is probably a problem. Also power null, so he can't really snipe. He can throw something hard though.

Banned from dying, unbirth, nonexistance or transcending life and death counts as type 5 (not including outversal characters), Dementors are considered unbirths so they falls into that type, can't be killed cuz they aren't alive to begin with.

Not sure if this is true... Although, hakai is pretty weak type of destruction, if more like enhanced damage (above you're AP) and if the target is destroyed by it they cease to exist.ShadowWarrior1999 said:
